We were visiting from out of state and this market became our go to because they had such a great variety of local products and foods to choose from and the staff was incredibly nice! They had a pretty photo op on the side of the building that we stopped and snapped a quick photo.

Newport Avenue Market is filled with unique items, that is difficult to find elsewhere. The bakery section is filled with local favorites from Sparrow Bakery and Harvest Bread. The store is packed with wonderful items. Due to the space and the amount of great stuff, it is a little tight to get around the store. When I am in the area, I always enjoy spending time and picking up favorites.

I frequent food co-ops and seek them out whenever it visit new place. This was absolutely my favorite market I've ever been too. There is so much good stuff packed in that store and vibe is so amazing.

Never had been in here before today. It was a bustling store with lots of options. I understand food prices are up... that's everywhere.

However, I was sold the equivalent of a gas station sandwich for 10 bucks. Cheese, lettuce, turkey, bread, mayo packet, mustard packet for 10 dollars?! I knew the price before I left the store just expected more. To top it off 5 bucks for sour tangerine juice. Lol.

Be of the higher tax bracket if you want to shop here. Be cautious about the prepackaged sandwich and the "fresh juice".

Lots of rare items in the store but 0 value to the purchase. And manager no need to respond... I'm just disappointed at the rip off experience and kind words won't fix that.

Nice grocery store with pleasant staff on my first visit. I came specifically looking for a non-alcoholic beverage and I was impressed by the selection, although the N/A beers were pretty basic. There are a lot of cool, unique items here - from kitchen wares to duck eggs and booze-free beverage options! I can certainly find most of my groceries at a better price elsewhere, but I’ll return for the niche items and cozy locals vibe!

I always come here for my poultry because it is the best quality and price for full chicken. Today, I went in with the whole family. I ran out of line to look for english muffin cutters. I had no idea where to look, so I went back to line. This nice worker came and asked my husband what I was looking for. She came back seconds later with some a little too small. In a flash she was back with the right size. What great customer service. Who ever you are, thank you so much!!

I’m from out of town. This was the greatest grocery shopping experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so helpful, positive, and welcoming. Multiple times we were offered help. I was overwhelmed by the quality and kindness of the people in this store. The butcher/meat area saved us and found a turkey in the back for thanksgiving (fantastic meat section).
