This shopping center is a great spot for a day out! There are so many different stores to choose from, making it easy to find just about anything you need. What I really appreciate is the spacious parking lot—there’s always a spot available, no matter how busy it gets. It takes away the usual stress of trying to find parking, so you can just focus on enjoying your shopping. Definitely a convenient and well-organized place!

Nice shopping plaza. Parking is good and free. My only complaint is the people who shop here are terrible drivers. Drive defensively.

European Wax Center is my ultimate favorite place to visit for my waxing needs. What I love about EWC is that you’re in and out within 15 minutes. The center is always clean and presentable. I will always recommend EWC to everyone who ask where do I go.

Great shopping 🛍 center, been around for atleast 30years, owned by the Irvine Company (like pretty much EVERYTHING else within 20mile radius lol 😆) there are some wonderful stores in the shopping center and pretty much any time between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. this shopping center is at least 90%. The parking is not difficult to find but you want to be very careful as far as the schematics getting in and out of the center because the majority of people who frequent this Shopping Center are running errands and just coming and going quickly so be sure 2 stay alert. I would say the most popular places by far Chevron gas station which is one of the only places in Newport that is 24 hours by the way and Mags Donuts is amazing they are always super busy for good reason Starbucks is for sure a staple in this Center and Total Wine & More has become one of the must go to places as well. A lot can be accomplished here and across the street you will fine the brother sister Shopping Center which is quite a bit newer and more recent but mainly consist of restaurants and there's a lot more parking and it has a different vibe to it entirely

Pretty small shopping center. The dental office here is great albeit expensive. The choice of food is alright. The best place they have here is the Champagne's, very good soup and sandwiches! Pita Jungle is also pretty good. That's about it for food options sadly.

Petco was my frequent stop but it is gone (shows in some pictures). Good choices are better across the street but no gas available there. Typical Irvine company planning - have to drive everywhere.
