Love the aesthetics of the Nike store at Irvine Spectrum! A wonderful selection for their first week of opening. Not as big compared to other Nike outlet malls, but still a fantastic space. It surprisingly wasn’t that busy when I went around 5:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Saw quite a handful of shoes that caught my eye (and surprisingly a lot of Jordan’s!), and all the employees were so awesome and helpful. Emily, in particular, made the store experience extremely memorable. She got all the shoes I wanted to try on and gave honest feedback. She was full of fun vibes!! She pretty much boosted up my confidence in the last pair I tried and convinced me to lock in my decision to buy them. Definitely would go back just to talk to her again. But truly everyone is attentive and helpful at this location. Would definitely recommend checking out!

The Nike store has a good collection of Jordans and other shoes. The store also looks very modern and cool. They’re layout is similar to the Lululemon layout with the color and sizing divided into shelfs. Bot that busy surprisingly and overall very good and cool store.

This was a very poor shopping experience!
I waited a full 10 minutes for the clerk to help me get a pair of shoes in my size. I approached the male clerk in the picture and he refused to serve me. I wasn't the only one waiting for his help, there were many other customers in the same situation as me. There were five people at the front desk, two of them were checking out and the other three were chatting instead of helping customers with what they needed. The female clerk was very welcoming, and the guy in the picture, wearing white short sleeves, showed a look of disdain and unwillingness to talk to me while I was checking out.

They sold me clearly used shoes. I didn’t realize until I got home and looked at them but the soles were dirty and the toe box was creased. The shopping experience is okay but paying full price for used shoes is not.

This store feels like The Twilight Zone! A bunch of teens/young adults? that couldn't be bothered to actually help you out! They are too busy folding and organizing like zombies... I asked for help to find some pants in a different color and the girl was so annoyed that I bothered her and interupted her folding. I also asked if they had any cotton leggings and she replied "I'm not sure what they're made out of, you can check" I later asked if they had a different size of pants and she annoyingly told a teenage guy to check for me and he never did!! Management needs to tell these employees about how CUSTOMER SERVICE is just as important (if not more) as an aesthetic looking store!! I left without buying anything!

I've been hoping for a Nike store inside of Irvine Spectrum for the longest time and I was very excited to see that they were finally open and had some shoes I've been looking at online in stock. I was hoping that they would price match the online price, and since I'm a member I got an additional 20% off which dropped the price from around 150 plus tax to 80 plus tax. She said she couldn't price match with a slight attitude and so I proceed to ask that if I buy on the app to get the same price and I select in store pickup would I be able to take them. She proceeded to say no and that they wouldn't be ready today when the box is right infront of both of us and I'm fully ready to pay. This makes no sense as to how they would not be ready today when they are literally sitting infront of me, and the attitude I was given made much worse so I ended up ordering online after walking out of the store. They really need to fix their system and re train their employees on doing a better job explaining why they aren't competent enough go perform simple tasks.
