Sophia is awesome! We drove down from near Destin to shop while in Tampa for another thing, so didn't have a lot of time to shop last week and this week. She gave many helpful suggestions and much constructive feedback. We had a lovely time and did end up buying a fabulous prom dress for my daughter's senior prom!

Alexis was my bridal consultant. I was extremely grateful for her service. She knew the right questions to ask to figure out what I was truly looking for in a dress. Nikkis Glitz and Glam was my first stop to try on dresses and I can honestly say, Alexis WAS listening and she pulled many gorgeous gowns that I loved but most importantly she found The One that made me emotional! I thought that only happened in movies. Thank you Alexis, and Thank you for having a White Friday sale, all weekend!

I came in with little to no idea what I was looking for and was able to find a dress within an hour! The sales associate who helped me, Sophia, helped me a lot in finding my senior prom dress. I’m a very indecisive person, and she made me confident in my decision while making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable! I highly recommend Nikki’s Boutique. They have a great selection of dresses and even better staff!

I went to Wesley Chapel store and drove hours in a torrential downpour. Upon arrival there was not a single other customer in the store. I was immediately asked if I made an appointment and I said no that it said online not necessary for Homecoming dress shopping. Which was followed up with a sneer and then asked how
Much I wanted to spend on a dress. I told them I would like to stay in the price range of $650 for a homecoming dress. I told the lady what my daughter was comfortable with and honestly she started out really great at first but I noticed she had a conversation with what looked like an older manager then she seemed to get an attitude. The customer service became extremely poor. What was supposed to be a fun evening was a complete disaster.
