My favorite Nordstrom in the States! Always great customer service in Men’s Designer by Amiri & McQueen. Shop with those guys by those designers , they are very kind ! Customer service and selection is great around the whole store !! Huge plus they sell Moncler for women & men !

Nordstrom is my one stop shop! I love visiting my sales associate at the store and doing online shopping. It’s a great place to check everyone off my holiday list and special occasions. Shopping at Nordstrom gives me a peace of mind. They have superb customer service, quality merchandise and Nordy Club perks. Maria at the Chanel cosmetics counter is amazing! Also, Ruscellos is a nice restaurant within Nordstrom to grab a bite to eat. Kate is wonderful.

Love Bazille. Private, quiet, and the food is quite delicious. The service staff and cocktails are fantastic. Have the Billionaire with brunch or the blueberry cocktail with a seafood selection. Have the french onion soup with or without cheese, incredible.

Never order a pick up order with this location ever again. Ordered a gift 2 weeks before Christmas and on the day of pick up, it's still not ready. I called the store, and they told me it's not there yet and they're not sure if it's going to arrive before Christmas. Mind you I place the order 2 weeks prior. I contacted customer service and they told me it's been delivered at the store since December 9. I had to contact another person just so I can get an answer. Apparently the store put it in a "wrong location" that's why they didn't see it and just relayed me misleading information. They expected me to wait for the order without any guarantee and no tracking information. Took a chance at Nordstrom and had this horrible pick up experience. Just shop at the store and never order online. This is the worst online shopping experience for me. Just shop in store!

The very rude customer service left a really bad impression. I am pleased that I found what I was looking for, however, I did not expect to be treated very unpleasantly by the rude older lady working in the shoe department. I felt I was being a nuisance by asking for simple customer service. She was clearly getting annoyed with me when I asked to see other shoes. What can I say, I just wanted to see more variety, can you blame me? Oh, and she was bossy too. When I asked to see a different color, she kept saying: No, that’s not a good color, it’ll get dirty. She was so bad, that she threw one of the shoe boxes and didn’t even apologize. Her eye roll and nasty attitude were not what I expected to see from a store that puts high standards on “great customer service “. Maybe she was having a bad day or was tired or something, but that doesn’t excuse you from giving poor customer service. I know working retail is tough, but when you get treated very rudely— it makes one doubt they ever want to go back there again..
