I came to this Nordstrom store and found it to be clean and tidy. The first floor is primarily dedicated to makeup and makeup counters. Compared to other Nordstrom locations I've visited, this one was different. Upstairs, where the women's clothes are usually displayed, looked quite empty. Normally, they have a fantastic selection of dresses, but this wasn’t the case here. The second floor seemed very empty and not well-stocked with women’s dresses. Although the staff was nice, the store didn’t have the elegant dresses I was hoping to find.

Absolutely unacceptable! We were explicitly told that tailoring for the pants would be free, but because they were on sale, they suddenly tried to charge us $62. This is exactly how you drive customers away. Consider this review well-earned!”

We visited this store yesterday and I’ve never had such rude service. I understand it’s a long weekend and busy, but there is no excuse to be that rude when a customer is asking a question about the store and its merchandise. The positive is that the store is smaller and clean, but maybe management should talk to the associates about being more pleasant with customers and not rolling their eyes or being rude when asked where something is, or when interacted with.

Hi, Last Sunday I went to Shop for Stroller for my granddaughter and Max the Salesperson from another department helped me and the middle of my shop another person come in she was to rude to Max she say you can't sale this
I tell him you sales to me O I can talk to Store manager.
my point is that they need to be more professional on the floor and be careful what you say and from the customer. thank you to Max for my yoyo stroller

Make sure you guys open your product right then and there if you guys get an online pick up. Purchased a ‘Brand new’ $620 Ferragamo belt online and when I opened it at home, turned out to be a used belt from the display, with fingerprints and no dust bag or stickers. Went back to return it within the same week and kept getting treated as if I was the one who tampered with the belt, used it and tried to get my money back. Had to call the store manager thru a phone call to try to get these employees to even look at my belt.
Not happy with the way they treat their customers and the way they shove designer items in a plastic bag thinking it’s acceptable.
