The property manager was quick, polite and answered every question that I had. I really appreciated that the manager took the opportunity to look at what kind of savings I might be able to get to get into my unit; I.E. a promotional deal giving me 50% off my first month's rent. I also found that the place is very clean and secure with video monitoring. So I feel safe leaving my items in a storage unit there.

Hello The Northwest self storage behind O'reilly's didn't have the size. I needed, but Mr. Miller got on his computer and found one just down the road at another Northwest self storage. I got a really good deal. They took really good care of me. And they made everything so easy and simple. I appreciate it so much. You have a permanent customer with me. NW Self Storage has convenient locations, easy access, clean, secure, affordable and safe facilities. I have been a customer and started with 1 unit and quickly needed 3 units for a few months. I was accommodated the same day!
Chris and staff are customer service oriented, friendly, and treat you like family.

rented a RV spot for a couple years and it worked out great. secure, clean, and manager always available. aisles are wide so easy in and out. they also dont raise your rent every few months like some other places do. thanks!

You'd expect the keepers of your possessions to be cranky old Misers just waiting for you to make your payment late so they can auction off all your worldly possessions.. NOT HERE! Chris and Bryan are professional, knowledgeable,
accommodating, and thoughtful. They also keep the grounds maintained and (at least from what I've seen) the units in impeccable condition. This is the cleanest, most well run storage facility I've ever had the pleasure of storing with. If you are looking to store your stuff in Columbia County, THIS is the place to do it!

Nice and clean! Customer service was great. When we arrived, they were on lunch until 14:00, the guy was back and working with us by 13:45. My favorite thing about this place, besides the decent prices and cleanliness, they don't require a deposit! Just the months rent and taxes. I just wish it were a little closer to where I live, but they can't change that so...I would HIGHLY recommend.
