Love the store so much, I brought my sister down from Ohio to shop. So sad, today sign says they are closed for renovations. Very strange that Google Maps did not mention that….says it closes at 6:00. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am from out of town and looked forward to visiting and possibly purchasing but it turns out I walked in before closing. I would have given a look and come back Monday but I have never been so put off by the attitude the sales associate gave us. I was literally pushed out the door. Told us we had 8 minutes to shop. From what I saw, the product is lovely, could have purchased several pieces in 10 minutes, shame isn’t it?

Beware of their return policy. You will only be issued a credit. They will not accept the return receipt as payment for an exchange. They will only accept a "gift card" that they issued at the time of the return. The gift card looks exactly like their business cards and is easily tossed as advertising. I lost $70.

We recently went into this store for the first time and Wow! I was so impressed with the color, beauty and comfort of the clothes but what really drew me in was the artistic arrangement and the placement of necklaces & jewelry on the pieces. Way to go, Erin!!

I received stellar customer service at this lcation! The manager Erin was so wonderful, she knew the product so well. Everything she suggested looked great on me! Cindy was so helpful in finding my size. I left with several beautiful pieces. The selection is vast and the clothing line is beautiful, comfortable, and cool. It's perfect for tropical climates such
as Florida.

The service here was attentive and helpful. I bought 3 pairs of pants on the 50 percent off rack. One in Mulberry, another in Peony and the last one in Sunset. I have been loving these colorful and comfortable pants. Love wearing the baggy Mulberry on the plane going back home to Baltimore. I would love to take my mom to the Sarasota store. Another favorite store of mine in Naples.

I already own some pieces of Oh My Gauze, I know what size I wear. I stopped in yesterday to be met with an unfriendly woman and when I picked up some things to try on, she asked if she can start a room for me. I say yes. Instead of minding her business and just putting my things in a room, she examines them and comes out to say ‘you probably want to try the next size in these bottoms as they run narrow’. I did not ask for her opinion. I may not be as thin as her, but I know what sizes I wear at your store. I did not buy anything, I will not buy anything ever again, so tell your gal she doesn’t need to be concerned about helping a fat girl.
