Horrible sno cones. More like slushes. Very pricey for a slush. Horrible customer service. If you don't leave a 5 star review on their Facebook page they block you. Like they did me.

I love them with all my heart I never Ed enjoyed a snow cone until I came hear they are so delicious the ice absorbs the juice my favorite is the sunrise sunset. I went to try another snow cone place and it was not the same.

My door dash customer received a hot soda in the bottle .. so i went next door to these kids to see how much cup ice was and they gave it for free .. we made my customer happy 😊 I did give them the change i had as tip .. Now there parents are raising them right.. Thank you

Always very friendly. Didn't have the "must spend so much to use your card" limit that some snowcone places do...BIG plus. Have had pickle juice flavor EVERY time I've gone thru! Diabetic so I haven't tried alot of different flavors to compare to others but very happy with them!

I love the sno-cones and the military discount.
But, Your hrs on your website don't match up with the hrs posted on your building which don't match up with the hrs you're actually open 1pm.. website, 2pm.. building and 3 pm actual opening time.
And now that you're closed for the season, nothing shows that... website still shows open and no "closed for season" sign on building. Not good for customer service 😠😡!! I'm a regular customer and made two separate trips and then had to call to find out you're closed.

Loves these snow cones. The ice is fine and not chunky. Lots of flavors and other options like cream, gummies, sour straws, etc. Sugar free options as well - sugar free sour apple is my go to.

The folks working are always nice, only draw back is if there is a line it can take awhile.
