Always love to drop in and treasure hunt. My husband and I drop by 1-2 a month. Always new items to explore. The cashiers are always friendly and supportive. We lost our home in Paradise, and had to start from scratch when we moved to Cottonwood in 2019. Old Town marketplace has been a great source over the past five years to fill our new home with unique furnishings and decor.

Awesome employees. There are tons of great things to shop for here. From jewelry to furniture, wall hangings, soap and lotions, yard items, etc. There's a little bit of everything. Prices are good. Some are negotiable. Clean store.

Unfortunate that out of all their vendors and items, the owners chose to highlight racist memorabilia on their social media feeds, with a caption saying how much they loved these items. Even after multiple people replied to their post, reminding them of what these items represent and requesting the post be removed, they left it intact. To paraphrase Angelou: when people show you who they are, believe them.
While I am an avid collector of mid-century art and furniture, Jim Crowe items are always a hard no, due to how they depict racial stereotypes. I do see these occassionally in antique malls, but the proprietors are always embarrassed about them; they certainly do not advertise them and claim to "love" these objects.
I cannot continue to support a business that displays such blatant disrespect to minorities. I feel sorry for their multitude of vendors who rent space from them and do not share in this lack of basic human decency.

Not going to lie, the first room had me thinking it would be a quick trip. And then I found the maze of booths and started picking things up and it was all over! There were some great sales, some excellent pricing on desirable vintage items (totally regret leaving a few things behind) and a lot in general to wander through. Friendly staff even though we looked like dirty hippies after camping. My friend even found a well priced and uniquely decorated dresser. Will definitely come back! What a gem.
