Horrible experience with this company. My grandson left a couple thousand dollars worth of Pokémon cards to be sent out for grading. He sent the first set of 20 out to be graded and I became ill. I was unable to pick them up.and pay for the grading. I get it those were my responsibility. However, he ensured me that the other sixty or so cards would be placed in the safe, kept safely in the safe until I picked up the graded cards and paid for the grading. I was unable to so, Ilie happens. One graded card was worth about $400.00 what I owed for the grading. Cool, I understand the cost of getting them graded. Keep the ones we sent out and give me the ones that are rightfully my 12 yr old grandsons. The cards that Jeff was suppose to keep safe until we were able to send them out for grading. All of those cards that he put in his safe we owe no money and were 1st edition Japanese Pokémon cards and Supposedly Are no were to be found. If they are willing to rip off 12 yr olds they are low life criminals. And given an opportunity will rip you off as well while doing it with a smile. They are crooks and I’d give the a negative star if I could. And I do plan on writing about this to the better business. Given the opportunity they will steal from you. My God they are just kids they are taking advantage of. Just kids. Oh and I was never given a time frame of when I need to pick tte graded cards up. I have all the texts between Jeff and my grandson to prove he was never notified from on deck tgat they received the 20 graded cards back from PSA. Pics of just some of the cards Jeff was suppose to keep safe in the safe. I’m beside my self. Also the person I talk to on the phone was rude as mother trucker. No trust with this company any longer. This is personal it’s a hobbie I have with my grandson that they just tinted.

Know reseller and scalper, will buy out local Walmart and GameStop and mark it up 2x-3x over msrp in own store. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

Stopped in today for the first time in over 10 years and I couldn’t be more impressed with their hospitality and knowledge! They were prepping orders to ship when I walked in, right before closing I should add, and not once did they act bothered by the last second stop, as you would expect most people’s reaction to be. On top of that, I was immediately prioritized which was a relief because I did not expect them to have the amount of inventory that they did! I was not only offered more help than I would have ever asked for, but I learned bunch in my short amount of time there. I mean they shared more information and knowledge with me than I could retain! These guys know their stuff when it comes to sports and anything sports related. They weren’t pushy with any sales, they were up front and honest as far as which boxes gave me my best shot at landing the items I’m after, and that they obviously weren’t guaranteed to hit, which can be upsetting to some people, but i think the uncertainty adds to the fun of the hobby! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I highly recommend stopping in and at least taking a look around to any hobbyist, collector, or just anyone who loves sports in general! They definitely secured my business as long as I’m in the hobby, or as long as they’re in business!

Went to check out the store. The owner was friendly and helpful. They have a few different stores inside the mall. They have many products from cards and memorabilias to team apparel. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Will visit again.

The owners are beyond incredible, the employees are sweet and super helpful and the products are amazing! The ONLY negative is that there aren’t enough hours in a day to see everything! 😋 my dad is disabled and can’t get out much but after an afternoon in the knife store, he’s spoke of little else and can’t wait to go back!! Thank you for making his day!!

We purchased a hobby pack of cards and was told there would be two autographed cards in the pack. Spent $95 on the pack and not one single card was autographed. When we contacted the store and asked about it they said “well two autographed or memorabilia cards”. We had multiple people with us that heard him say there were two autographed cards and we even asked multiple times to make sure. We went into the store in person after speaking on the phone, and we were then told there is not a guarantee of an autographed card. The entire reason why we bought the pack of cards was because he told us there would be two that were autographed, and he would not reason with us when that was communicated to him. Dishonesty is not the way to run your business. Super disappointing.

We go to the part of the store that has comics, knives etc. They have really cool stuff but there are a couple employees that are creepy. I have told them we don't need help and I will ask them if I do and to please let us browse but they follow us around and keep areskedsking questions areskedsking making remarks. We buy a few things from there regularly but each time we try to hurry and have to tell the guy to back off. He makes my 15 year old uncomfortable.
