Absolutely DO NOT sell your baby items to them. Take the extra time to try and sell them yourself on Marketplace or whatever. They do not let you watch them sort through your items and when we returned they had 3 boxes of our clothes we brought in sitting out for us to take home and had already taken all the clothes they wanted to keep and never showed us what they had taken. They gave us a price for our stuff but would not give a breakdown. I asked because one receipt said $210 and the other said $93 and some change. I asked what the $210 was on there for if they were only offering the $93. Then the lady just looked at the computer and told me $60 for a bassinet I brought in, $20 for a bouncer, and $33 for the clothes they took. Do the math there that's not $93 that's $113.00. I was foolish not to add it up myself before I left and when I got in the vehicle to leave I realized it. I called them back right away and they argued with me and said well you already signed out. All 3 of the ladies I spoke with there had different answers. They were all confused. I honestly feel robbed! Someone pocket some of my money and no telling what all they took because they won't let you watch them.

I use to love shopping here . I would find such cute and unique items , and also be able to get a little something back for what I brought in. I knew not to expect for them to accept all and offer a large price , but something fair .

I brought in a trunk plus two bags of the best pieces from my children’s clothes that they had outgrown . It’s for 2 toddlers, so there were a lot of clothes . Within an hour they had “gone through and priced “ everything .

They offered me $13 for 13 items ..: out of probably 200 pieces of clothes.

I accepted and decided to shop before loading up .

It quickly made sense that they aren’t accepting customers’ used clothing because they are just stocking their store with target's clearance rack . They had most isles full of target clothing with the yellow clearance tag on the new labels filling every section. Of course they didn’t leave on the amount they bought the clearance clothing for …

I won’t be back. They’ve completely thrown away what this store is advertised as and have turned it into a sham to lure people in to buy under the guise they will be fair when buying from the customers. Thanks, but no thanks, I can go to the Target clearance section myself and pay less than what you’ve marked it up for .

Do not bother attempting to sell your items here. I brought in 2 baskets- 1 full of shoes & 1 full of clothes. They only took 6 items and gave me $11.35……… that’s literally less than $2 per item. A pair of jeans they chose were brand new with tags my daughter never even wore from target with flower embroidery… and they couldn’t even give me $5? Greedy is all I can say.

I spent $120 on 13 items for my kids and they weren’t even smocked or boutique. I tried to sell boutique/ smock/ French hand sewn items and was offered NOTHING in comparison to the price I spent buying. I only leave reviews worth leaving. Worse than Plato’s closet for adults. Take the time, sell yourself on fb marketplace. This place is the absolute worse.

The long in the short of it is I do not recommend selling to them, the process is kind of a joke and they stole THIRTY items from me.

8-17-24 about 1 PM I made my second visit to this store and the experience today is why I am writing a review now. I brought a huge box (the one my car seat and stroller came in) FILLED with clothes and miscellaneous items. The box contained well over 200 pieces of clothes, 9 pairs of shoes, a car seat cover, 2 pregnancy books, a wrap carrier, bibs, socks, tights, bows, hats, a play mat, and more - TONS OF STUFF! I get there and realize it’s stupid busy (it’s a Saturday ok fine) and figure it will be hours before I hear back so we drop everything off and leave. The online portal shows expected time of 4:30. I get a text at 1:32 saying my items are complete but the online portal is still showing 4:30 and no progress on the progress bar so I called and they said the portal is basically useless and to go by the text and she took my name and was like yeah your stuff is definitely ready. I go back there only for them to tell me that they did not accept any of my items because there was an odor and when I asked for clarification she would not clarify and just repeated there was an odor. I’m still not sure what this means as all items were freshly washed and dried in lightly scented nontoxic products and then stored in lightly scented trash bags until a couple of weeks ago when I pulled everything out to lay flat and separate by size to be turned in here according to their rules. The ONLY thing you could smell aside from laundry products was a little bit of like a weird cardboard smell from being in the box and I’ve had multiple people now smell various items from the box and they’ve all agreed there is no bad or foul odor on my items. I genuinely think that they just didn’t wanna go through my big box of items on a day they were so busy which could also be proven by the fact that I had arranged the box in such a specific way to make things easier on them and keep the sizes separated that I can tell where they stopped going through the box and they hadn’t even gotten halfway whenever they decided to chunk it all back in the box in a heap. All of this could have been over looked had it not been for the fact that 1. the lady’s attitude about the ‘odor’ was very rude and hurt my feelings to where I spent the 30 minute drive home at 34 weeks pregnant fighting back tears. 2. once I got home I went back through the box and pulled everything out to take pictures of to post on marketplace (also quite the hassle to do this the second time now at 34 weeks) and I was counting all of the items back up so I could fill out the listing description and realized that 3 newborn, 13 0-3/3, 12 3-6/6, and 2 6-9/9 items were missing from my box. So my items had an odor and therefore weren’t fit to purchase but yet you saw fit to steal THIRTY items from my box? I don’t handle theft well, especially considering the overall experience! I’m gonna be honest I was so pleased with shopping there that I went against my better judgment (and also hoping for an easier process than posting tbh because I’m so far along now) and decided to bother even trying to sell with them and I now heavily regret it. I am 100% certain they stole these items from me and I am furious about it! I may eventually go back to shop just because the prices are really good but trust me I’m not happy. As far as shopping there, the prices on everything we looked at was really great but the store is kind of confusing and very crowded and overwhelming.

Stopped in to stock up on baby clothes as I’m about to have our last baby. As I’m checking out, the girls behind the counter are having a conversation. One of them is very overly loud saying, “i don’t ever want to have kids. I couldn’t imagine going all the way through a pregnancy and having the baby die. Then all of it would have been for nothing.” The rest of the girls shushed her and told her not to be so loud talking like that.

I mean really, you are working in a baby thrift store. Use some common sense, when there could potentially be pregnant women around. I was in the middle of checking out, debating on walking out without my items. But I did not want to cause a scene, so I paid and went to my car.

Needless to say, I wish I would have just walked out. The few times I have been here have been a less than ideal experience. Not willing to make the 30 minute drive and spend hard earned money in this store to end up hearing inappropriate conversations from the employees. Good customer service is hard to find around here.
