Best experience so far with a consignment shop. We spent over an hour talking with the buyer Eddie and could have probably gone on talking for a few more hours if they weren’t closing for the day.

Eddie is fair with the pricing and expectations with no pressure or sense of a rush.

I enquired about a watch available on the website through different methods (direct messaging, email, telephone call), but i never got any answer. It put me in a begging position, it should not be like that. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service.

Love all the staff here at OnQueStyle! Kirsten was able to find me the item that I was looking for (it is even better than what I had originally wanted 🙂) and personally got in touch with me to inform me of the finding. I feel like it's easier to find certain designer bags in classic colors here than at actual boutiques inside South Coast Plaza. Besides high end designer bags, you can find clothings, shoes, and accessories in all price brackets. All items are gently used and in excellent condition. Definitely a hidden gem in OC and will continue to shop here in the future!

Over the top selection!! Extremely impressive. A very enjoyable atmosphere, the items are organized in a thoughtful manner making shopping so much easier. Loads of Chanel’s and Hermès. Super fun sales staff adds to the great experience. Definitely going to continue to shop with them online until I get back to California.
