Ordered a pound of fresh morel mushrooms from this company. Received a pound of old, dried mushrooms. Paid over $ 40 for overnight shipping, and received dried, old mushrooms and a tons of excuses, …. Really? Never ordering again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong mushrooms and received the best customer service from Scott and Christina. They responded to my emails right away were very helpful and patient, and allowed me to exchange them. Love the quality mushrooms. Will do business again. Highly recommend.

Negligent, Careless and Irresponsible company and people.

1. Placed order 10 days in advance.

2. Notified in order comments when I needed the items by (28 or 29th of Dec.)

3. Followed up same day via email, received no response.

4. Called and spoke to a woman, made it clear I needed this on time for a new years party, will you meet those dates for delivery? She checked with her husband and said yes. I told her, we would need to know in advance if you can't so we can make alternative plans.

5. 28th passes, no email no updates. I call, no answer of the phone, leave voicemail, no one calls back. I send yet another email.

6. 29th and last day for delivery, finally Scott replies... "sorry" and shifts the blame on some shipper.

Now we have no time to make alternative plans. They set us up and let us down completely in every aspect. From communication to filling the order.

With this kind of negligent approach to business, I'd be concerned that they don't accidentally put wrong type of mushrooms into an order.

I guess I thought my morels would be very fresh when I received them over night. I have never seen such disgusting morels ever. They were dried out and crushed and some of them looked moldy. I spent $81 dollars just to throw them in the garbage. Dont waste your time or money buying from them.
