I was in Walmart parking when my car wouldn't start. I called O'Reilly to see if they knew of anyone who did roadside assist (my Roadside Assist couldn't find one in the area). The young man who answered, Devon was very polite and helpful. He walked from the store to my car in 98 degree heat to help me get my car started. I definitely would recommend them.

Not very knowledgeable, not very helpful. Asked for a specific part instead of looking on the computer the associate walked over to an aisle ans said, this is what we have, not sure if any of these will work ? I left.

Geneva has some auto parts stores that have been around for decades, and some with good customer service and selection. But, Geneva OReilly's is the best auto parts store in Geneva County. Thats a strong statement, but loyal customers will tell you its true.

Not only is it the biggest auto parts store within 30 miles of Geneva County, but you will find they have some of the best selection and most friendly, down to earth staff of any auto parts place around.

You can often find Mr Lukas helping customers install headlight bulbs or running diagnostic checks and changing batteries for customers. Scott is a great resource for sourcing hard-to-find parts, and manager Allen really has a heart for taking care of the customers, as well a providing a great working environment for employees.

I bought a alternator online and sent someone to pick it up, just to find out I needed a new battery. I went to return the alternator and get the battery and the people who was working said that it was not the alternator they sold. They said the box that it was in was their box but the alternator was not. The number on the box matched the numbers in the confirmation email, but the numbers on the alternator didnt match the numbers on the box. Insinuating that somebody on my end had swapped the alternator out with a different one. First off, where am i gonna find the same exact alternator for my car besides o' reilleys? Advance auto parts? Why would i buy a alternator from one store and return it to another? Secondly, who has time for that? I don't have a reliable vehicle for that. They would not give me my money back or anything.
