You know it is going to be a bad day when you go to the kitchen to get that first cup of coffee and you step into a huge cold puddle in front of the dishwasher! In our case our old unit was 28 years old but so I knew this day was coming but then comes the reality of shopping for a new one; where do I begin. We had a name for a very helpful Designer we spoke with at Best Buy. we wanted a Meile but he said Best Buy did not carry that brand but there partner, Pacific Sales (PS) did. he told us confidently, he was going to reach out to the most knowledgeable person he knows at PS. 10 minutes later we are talking to Sammy (Samantha). Within 20 minutes we understood all the features, costs & warranty options and we were totally comfortable with our decision. NO PRESSURE OR HARD SELL!!! Just great knowledgeable customer service. Easy-peasy. 15 min after that conversation we have the quote on our phone; crystal clear, no pages and pages of fine print. In less than an hr flat, a major purchase decision was behind us; my wife & I were so relieved!!! thanks again Sammy; you are AWESOME

Beyond Sammy’s exceptional service, we were also so impressed by the entire team! I’ve never encountered a team where every individual contributes equally, all members are genuinely interested in helping each other, everyone gets along, and they all put the customer above all. Kevin was extremely helpful in helping us look for a new stove and oven. He was very knowledgeable about all the different brands, models, and deals for every price point. He was patient and answered questions for almost two whole hours while I was shopping. It was like having the world's leading expert on appliances standing next to you.
