If you would like to buy a firearm from this place, do not plan on testing any of the manipulations on said firearm. They do not approve of customers testing trigger pull, slide release or even releasing mags from the magwell. It seemed as if this gun shop was actually afraid of the guns they’re selling. I ended up buying the gun I came looking for, just not from here.

The guy working the counter on Sunday at the gun show this weekend in Canby doesn’t know guns. He stopped me from releasing the slide on a p320. How inexperienced can you get? You really are one of the folks who thinks releasing a slide with the slide release is bad for guns? I’m sorry but that’s ignorant. I was in the market for that exact p320 and found it at a different booth where I could test the slide release, my grip, and ergonomics. I’m not buying a gun I can’t grip. I’m not sure if it was because I’m a woman but for future reference people with smaller hands need to test slide releases even more. You really showed your inexperience with gun maintenance and sales. I hope you can do better next time so the 1k cash in my pocket doesn’t go to someone 2 booths down again. Actually I don’t really care.

I have been doing business with PTG for several years now and have ordered specific guns and parts with them always being helpful and fair. As my gun collection has changed, and as my funds have been more or less available, they have helped sell my guns also. Finally I have purchased parts to build my AR's from PTG and when I drop that little spring they have them. If you have a gun or build in mind PTG can help. Now this is not a traditional store front so I always call ahead to make sure they are in shop.
