It’s a nice store with cute items but the assistant manager was RUDE.
This store sends me coupons in the mail. So I come down to the store to buy something and get those items they advertised. I walk in and ask “can I use all of my coupons” the employee says “yes”
So I go around shopping. This store has cute stuff but it’s very pricey.
There was a nice guy named mark that was handing out notebooks for kids. He was kind.
I finally wait in the extremely long line to be rung up for the “assistant manager” and the lady next to her to tell me “I can’t use all of the coupons” I said “I asked an employee when I walked in before I started shopping if I could use them both and she said yes”
She then says “well I’m the assistant manager and I said no” …… then why do you send me coupons if you won’t take them? wow! Would have been nice if customer service would honor it since I’m already here and waited in line and was told I can use them all.

I have lived in Ashland my whole life. I went shopping at Paddington Station and there was a male employee complaining about my kids and giving us dirty looks multiple times. The only reason I came into this store was because my kids wanted to come and get things. Otherwise I wouldn’t have come in and bought anything at all. I guess we’ll just stick to shopping at Amazon and Target. Very disappointing.

We love shopping at Paddington Station. So many cute gift ideas and they are a great spot to shop for holiday decor. Great kitchen shop upstairs and don't forget to shop their basement.

Such a fun store for gifts. Very clean and bright,friendly staff. I went for a birthday card. Many items ,clothing hand bags. One of a kind merchandise. I'll definitely go back very soon

Always an exciting experience!!! Stephanie is always friendly and helpful and so is everyone else in the store really. 🙂 Always a great time and perfect place for gifts, books and I love the cozy clothing. (Halloween costumes too!)
