I did find everything I was looking for shopping here. It is in the same Plaza as H Mart and the first 85° C Bakery in the us. I did get a chance to visit the store twice. Once to see what's available at the store to research on my own, and another time to actually purchase the items. The workers knew some information on the items, but you probably need to do your research ahead of time if you have more detailed questions. I would say look it up on YouTube or other blogs by skincare influencers and you can make your decision then. They do have a wide variety of face mask and major skin care brands in Korea and japan. Their prices are also a little bit higher than online, but that's okay since you get to actually see the products. If you're not knowledgeable and skin care at all and want to get Guided by a store employee, probably not the best place to go. But if you already know what what's available in the market then you should be fine! I did end up finding what I wanted to get as a gift for my friends. Next time I come here I might try to get something for myself. There weren't any freebie items that came with the purchase that you can find at a Amore Pacific/Aritaum (maker of laneige) but I guess that's just typical for the store.

I have been coming here for quite some time and i can say it has changed my life for the better. Prior to - i had v bad acne scars and my face was so dry from all the hot yoga - the owners revolutionized my skin and the korean face masks changed my life. Highly recommend.

Great shop, the employee even helped match my wife in a Korean foundation she was hesitant to purchase online for the fact that she couldn’t try it in person. Price is a bit higher but considering you also pay for shipping from overseas it’s worth having a place so close by to shop for these hard to find items.

my friend and i overheard a korean female worker called my friend and i “pabo” (fool in korean) thinking we cant understand what she’s saying. all because we didn’t know the store requires you to put your drinks down on a table before entering. the table isn’t even visible upon entering the store either but on the side? reviews about the workers here being rude and racist are not wrong. they’ll talk bad about you in korean thinking you can’t understand 😹 stay away!

DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH WHATSOEVER , the employees are disgusting , the asian lady and the man keep staring at you like you’re coming in to rob the shop or something + prices are triple , save your money from this garbage and go somewhere else . WORST EXPERIENCE NEVER COMING BACK , the other branch is soo nice and better employees . All the bad reviews make sense now 😘

Racist shopkeepers and poor salesmanship! Stay away!

My husband and I went inside to purchase a hat. We picked up the one we decided to buy off the rack on Independence Day 2023.

But the racist employee didn't like my husband's brown skin and told us we couldn't try on the hat. My husband told him we wanted to buy it but he refused to sell it without letting us try it on and grabbed hit from his hand.

The employee said that "just how they roll". So, we replied we would leave them a review since that is we roll.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! A RACIST FEMALE EMPLOYEE THOUGHT WE WERE STEALING THEIR STUFF.

July 20, 2023, my friends and I went to this store to shop for makeup and skincare products. While looking for the "Goodal" product at the skincare counter, I was speaking Chinese to my friend, and one of my friends noticed a 40-50-year-old Korean lady observing us closely from a corner. After only 30 seconds, she walked up behind us, staring at us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable as if she suspected us of stealing. This belief was confirmed when my friends noticed her continuous watchful gaze. As we exited, the employee immediately checked the "Goodal" product section we had visited, and to check if we steal any of the products. Such racist behavior is unacceptable and deeply troubling. Don't go to this place.

Horrible small shop. Very high prices for stuff you can find on other websites that rhyme with the word emu. A "Hurry up and buy" vibe is definitely felt at this store.
