Bought a dozen red roses and had them delivered to wife’s workplace. By the third day they wilted and by the fifth day they died. $115 total. Would never recommend this place. Bought on Friday and died by Wednesday. Look at the pics! Pitiful

Went in on Tuesday or Wednesday picked the flowers I wanted to gift my wife for Mother’s Day and was told they would be delivered Friday to her work before 4:30 when she gets off. Never happened even after paying for all of these services 35.99 for the flowers 10 for a note lmao and 4 for delivery fee. Called and asked whoever answered the phone if they could tell me if my wife’s flowers had been delivered and immediately received attitude “I don’t even know who your wife is” after a call back it was determined that they had no record of a ticket or where those flowers went I asked for a refund and where to leave a review and was told “right here you can leave it with me on the phone” as I start to speak I am hung up on NEVER will I EVER order from this place again!

I ordered flowers for my mother from Paragould Flowers & Gifts and they were absolutely beautiful! I really enjoy sending flowers to friends and family for any occasion and I have seen really good and reeeeaaalllyyyy bad flowers. These flowers are really some of the most beautiful I’ve seen in awhile. The delivery boy was also super friendly. It was a wonderful experience for me ordering and for my mother receiving the bouquet. I highly recommend!

Sadly prom is a very important time for the customer. They didn’t seem to share in that emotion. To start completely lost my order. Didn’t try to make it right immediately, but instead put blame on another employee. Set a time to pick the items up at a later time the next day the day of prom instead and still, they weren’t ready. Attempts to blame another employee again. Once picked up, order wasn’t full filled to request, didn’t try to make it right just told me it is what it is. Charged more for silk than I’ve paid for real flowers of the same. I don’t usually give bad reviews. However, in this case due to how unkindly I was treated and no attempt to make anything right as should of been the case. I feel others should know so they can use good judgment for future reference. This was my first and last experience w/this flower shop it seems.

I've had less-than-stellar experiences ordering flowers in Paragould, but I was happy with my experience with Paragould Flowers & Gifts. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered. I was concerned with no-contact delivery during the COVID-19 scare. The experience was pleasant and my mother was delighted with the delivery and the flowers. She sent me a video of the flowers and I was pleased with the arrangement that was delivered.

I live away from “home” aka Paragould now, and have not had good luck with online floral ordering for special occasions. I started calling Bren’s when I needed to send something, but when they closed I didn’t know where to turn. Insert Paragould Flower’s and Gifts. Their quality and customer service has been so good, I’ve actually converted several family members back in NEA to using them, as well. Highly recommend.

I ordered an arrangement for funeral visitation. They did a wonderful job and delivered for free. I will never buy flowers anywhere else and will recommend to all my friends. Nice experience

Someone there was so rude to my wife because she has a Mexican accent. Asking her where she was calling from, and if she was ordering for someone else; repeatedly questioning the legitimacy of the order before just refusing to accept an order from her at all saying “Yeah, we’re not going to do that.”.
So rude, so disrespectful!
