My sister ordered a dress from the catalog and she was given an entirely different dress that was nothing like what was ordered. You can tell right away that the dress handed was altered by hand because the detail were off. Dress was lopsided and badly stitched.

When confronted, the owner (Celina) claimed that she did nothing wrong and she handed us what was ordered. Clearly she does not know how to handle her business in a professional manner. If she would have called us and explained that the dress we ordered was not available we could have fixed the situation.

Again DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

HORRIFIC, RUDE, ABUSIVE, SCAMMERS!!!!! I went in with my brother to order a rental tuxedo and when we were given the tuxedo it looked like it was picked up from all alley. It was 2 different colors of gray. It was apparent that one bottoms were less damaged but the upper parts were faded, worn out terribly, dirty, tint of yellow indicting that it’s old. When confronted she agreed to change it but only came back with WORSE!! She got another pair of slacks to match the old looking top part of the tuxedo!!! HOW, WHY, WHO DOES THAT? Why would you come back with older looking pants to match the ugliness of the coat? When confronted how we still weren’t satisfied with the second tuxedo bc now the bottoms were just as bad at the top part and asked for a refund she started losing it. I even added that the buttons on the vest were dirty and she completely lost her mind and told me to “STFU, I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO YOU” and started verbally abusing me saying non stop vulgar comments. She treated us so badly we had to defend ourselves by speaking back to her. It was such a terrible experience. As a owner of a business you should be a representation of what your business stands for and it’s been the worst I’ve ever been treated. I am surprised she’s still in business. I hope the city shuts her down bc I’ve seen the other reviews and I can see she’s very problematic! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! Check reviews first

If I could give no stars I would to begin they gave us the dress two weeks late making us loose money on a photography session and the second thing is that the dress is way too small. All together really bad experience nobody would answer the phone when we called. Only after doing some research and finding them on facebook where we able to get another phone number where we got an answer but even then it still took another week to receive it. Don't waste your time look elsewhere.

Guy named Gabriel Villa was so rude on phone call. What prices do I have what you mean ? I was like yes I need a guide for hair and make up.. He was like I don’t know what you’re talking about, I don’t know you , I need to see you first. Exactly ! We don’t know each other that’s why I’m calling first to get a guide. Since I told him my sister took classes with him , he changed his attitude. He’s like yeah you should come to the store we’re on pacific Blvd. Wow look guy if you’re reading this, you really need to change your attitude with your customers. Don’t feel like you’re everything and the only one. Now I see why this place doesn’t have enough ratings.

Horrible! She has no clue what she is doing. I order a certaindress and she gave me something that looked nothing of what I ordered. She has no skills in making dresses. I've tried calling and no answer. I would not recommend it at all

This place is the worst please dont go here If you want a good job done for your event. For the pictures the man took bad pictures we had to tell him what pictures to take. When I got the pictures some of them were missing. I think I will rate this place 0 if I could

When to order a dress a month ago she told me to come back on Monday to pick up the dress I went back on Monday she told me that delivery was late to come on Wednesday I waited a week and I'll call they told me to wait another week and when again in the got the wrong size she told me that she was going to fix the dress to come back on Monday again I am back on Monday she said the dress wasn't ready and she wasn't going to haveit until Thursday and she said that she was going to take me the dress cuz I didn't have any more time to go back and it's Friday already no dress no nothing and she doesn't answer the phone these people are very very irresponsible you have to be in back of them all the time I do not recommend these people to do your dress they're all nice with you but after they take your money the problem comes.... Really bad experience....
