Our grandson left the cushion for his CPAP machine at home when he came to visit us in Panama City Beach FL. Walgreens recommended I contact Patient's Choice Medical Services in Lynn Haven FL for help. I called and Robin, COO of Patient's Choice Medical Services came to the rescue big time!!!

Not only did Robin have the item bagged and ready to go, but she served us with a smile! Then, she said, "There will be no charge! Have a great time in Florida"!

Jeanette Smith was so amazing. She could tell that I was a little nervous about being in oxygen again and at 3 liters. She gently smiled with an assured look that placed a complete calm in my heart. She explained how to operate my new “chaperone” (oxygen tank). Sounded simple enough. But then there came “Big Bertha” the concentrator. She’s a chaperone for sure. Everywhere I go in the house she follows. Going to take some time getting accustomed. But at least I can imagine the 25’ emerald green hose can be a lengthy yet flexible emerald that goes on forever. Sounds crazy but I have to find humor and God’s grace everywhere. Back to Jeanette. She helped with the imagination so I could get over the burden. A true asset to Patient’s Choice Medical Services. Yesterday I arrived in Mexico Beach for a 2 1/2 week vacation. As time to go to bed arrived I began to put my cpap out. I realized that I did not remove the seal from the top of the reservoir that I use to clean my cpap. After a sleepless night I called around to see if I could locate one.

I called Patients Choice Medical Services. The lady who answered transferred me to Robin, upon my telling her my story she was so helpful. She had exactly what I needed and told me she would place my name on it and put it up front for me!!!
