Normally I would give this a 4-5 star review even with the high prices. We frequently go here and spend a considerable amount of money here. However for the first time I had a negative interaction here. Tuesday night 03/04/2025 I went into the store around 7:45-8:00 P.M. As I was browsing for a gift for my wife I asked a few simple questions about items in the store and the women working not only seemed uninformed about the items she was selling but also had a very rude attitude towards me. To her defense she seemed mad when I first walked in. However when I was browsing another woman came in and made a comment about how her husband was embarrassed to go in the store. The employee made a very sexist comment about men in response to that. She stated all men are an embarrassment and proceeded to talk about men very negatively as I stood about 6 feet from her. I tried to brush this off but this store should be an anti judgmental store without the employees speaking like this. When I went to pay for my items she attempted to rush me and my purchase. I asked a few simple questions about items on the counter and she very obviously did not want to give a answer about them. From here on out if she is working I’ll take my business to Amazon. Normally I tell people all about this store but that will stop from now on. This happened at the Enid location.

I just love the employee at the Enid oklahoma store she never make it uncomfortable when you ask her anything she very helpful I just enjoy the experience when she's working (late nights closer)

I went there to buy a toy. And the manager there at the cash register. She opened my box and touched with her bare hands. The toy that I was gonna use for me. I offered this infecting spray. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen for somebody to touch their personal things.
Just go to the website. I'm still disgusted. All what was left is that she would tryvit to see if it reallyvwork. Lol😂 im still mad .

I was immediately told at the first step into the establishment that because my purse was “too big” that they needed it to be placed behind their counter while I shopped. I was utterly surprised and insulted at the same time. You don’t trust me to look at your birthday card selection but yet I’m supposed to let you have complete control of my purse?! I think NOT!! Will never step foot in this establishment again!

This place sold faulty equipment. Took it back 10 min after purchase. Didn’t have one to replace it with. Also the same thing on Amazon cost 40 they charged us 120. Customer service was terrible. Will never go back.

Very rude lady working here and forceful of masks!!!! Went in to buy let's just say alot of stuff lol and was completely disrespected because we refuse to wear a mask sense we are NOT sick!!! We will just go online to ADAM&EVE to shop. Wish I could add picture of reciept so owner could see just how much the rudeness lost. Oh well. Shop elsewhere for sure. Not worth the 1.5 hr drive for us ever again!!!!
