Pawn city is a great place to do business, the staff is super nice and helpful! 🙂 Very friendly people and they genuinely care about you. Always waiting on you with a smile and a friendly greeting when you walk in. Best pawn shop in the tri-state area. The manager, Jay, is super nice and always willing to help. A great store with a lot of cool things to look at! I've been shopping here for years and never had a bad experience.

I would never return here again. Everyone needs to stay away. I went there to get 2 diamonds replaced in a ring that I purchased there. When I went to pick my ring up. The 2 diamonds were still missing along with 6 others. I was referred to another store to replace the 6 diamonds that were in my ring when I went there along with with the other 2 still missing.

I had a still chainsaw there. I got called in for a liver transplant and couldn't make it to the pawn shop but I called and told them the circumstances and that I would be there in a couple weeks after I was able to get around and they said no problem but when I called and told them I would be in to pay they said they had already sold it..Nasty people to take advantage of someone.

I have been doing business with them since 1998. Scott has always ran a professional store. Ben does all my repairs. Danielle is my go too girl for anything i need. Love everybody there. For all your jewelery, tools, and musical needs. You wont be dissapointed.

This is my go to place for Everything I mean EVERYTHING !! The best set of people with the best attitude!! Been going there since I was 16 and now I'm 38!! Need cash , check cash, gifts for others, gifts for yourself, or just a good laugh go see the short man with the ponytail. Lol I laugh ?
