Before I pawned two golden pieces I have, a ring and a chain, I took them to a jeweler to sell. He valued my ring at 200 n something and my chain at 300. The jeweler recommended me to pawn the items instead, when I came to the shop I didn’t tell em about my experience with the jeweler. The shop valued my pieces at the same price the jeweler did. This is an honest shop.

Went in to sell my gold crowns.
And was told that dental gold is ten karatt.When, in reality, it's more like 16 karat. The owner Told the employee to ring it up like it was 10 carat when he paid me. He said most dental gold is less than 10. So we acted like he was doing me a big favor yeah, real honest. My stupidity for not looking this up first. Anyways, for ten grams of gold, I got $230 When in reality, I should have gotten aboutt $440. Thanks pawn kings for being so honest not!

Excellent place. Went yesterday. Jan 31/24. Super clean. Super friendly and honest. I had some jewelry to pawn. They said I’d get more at a jewelry store on a couple of items. How honest is that! Great price on the other items.

I've been a customer of Pawn Kings for more than a year now, I had loans with their Palm Desert store and when they moved it to Indio and opened in Desert Hot Springs, they transported my goods for me, gave me extra time on my loans, even went to the extent to pay for my gas. They took care of the whole process! The store is beautiful, the same fair prices and great service I know and love! happy that I’m able to shop at the store where it's more convenient, shows they really care!
