Customer service is second to none. Always friendly and eager to help! Awesome self-serve dog washing bays! Great prices on great healthy dog food…

And to add to another’s review, I’ve taken my dog there for a bath at least 15 times and every single time the employees are consistently cleaning the wash bays. If you’re a crazy lady and see some dog hair floating around after a St. Bernard came through get over yourself it’s gonna take more than a day to get that cleaned up! Also, don’t go to a community dog wash!

And to reiterate the customer service, the employee’s always offer to help and they are young and may not know everything but you don’t see young people that care about customer service anymore. It’s truly refreshing to visit and let my kids say hi to Tom, the shop cat. The employees always have Tom come to the counter to let my kids pet him. If all business were like this place the world would be a better place.

Kinda disappointed in their point system. They always have a hard time finding my account I’ve missed out on 3 already and no one really tries to help you look for your account to get you your points. Super unfair.

I am utterly appalled by the management at this pet store, and it’s no wonder their customer service is abysmal. It seems they prefer to hire young staff who are more interested in gossiping about customers than actually providing any meaningful assistance. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering. The owners, especially their daughter at the front desk, are exceedingly rude and dismissive.

What’s even more shocking is the complete disregard for cleanliness in their facility. The self-serve dog wash area is often left in a deplorable state, with no effort made to clean up after previous customers. Leaving dog feces in a place meant for pets is not only unhygienic but downright irresponsible.

For anyone seeking better service, I highly recommend exploring the other local dog wash options. This establishment’s lack of care and professionalism speaks volumes, and they should be ashamed of how they conduct business. Avoid at all costs.

I love Pawtopia! They have a awesome selection of foods, toys, supplements, collars anything you can think of they have it. The service is outstanding as well.

My husband and I are team truck drivers and have our little dachshund Dixie with us, and needed a place to wash her today. I luckily found Pawtopia! We are out on the road here for months at a time and it is an extreme challenge to ever find a place to be able to wash our baby. No one/ any truck stops hardly let us take our 8 pound senior in to just take a bath even when we pay money for a shower for ourselves to take a shower! The self wash concept is amazing! I was so impressed with the equipment and the tools they had for us to use today to bathe and groom Dixie! I felt like a professional groomer! The room was incredibly clean, quiet, and had everything we could want and need to keep her calm, comfortable, and safe. Once we walked into Pawtopia, we were immediately greeted with kindness and the girl at the counter was extremely helpful (I am sorry I did not catch her name today) and made sure to check in on us while we were bathing Dixie. Aside from the excellent wash facilities, their store is top notch with products. I bought Dixie a new bed today and this really nice mat for the floor in the back of my bunk that is washable. Thank you Pawtopia for accommodating this trucker family, you are a life saver and we will be back next time we are rolling through OKC!

Was shamed for having our dog on a particular food brand. (Breeder and vet recommended food) Other customers were brought on the conversation and suddenly I had two employees and two customers pressuring me. I was just in there to buy a collar and name tag. If you like high pressure sales this store is for you! I will never return!

We have a cat will food allergies… itching and loose stools. It’s been a headache finding something he will eat that doesn’t aggravate that. Finally found this place. Because our cat needs a novelty protein, it’s been really hard finding a cat-palatable food. Customer service was wonderful! They ordered what we needed and sent a text letting us know the order. They ordered quickly.
I wish there was a review space to write reviews specifically for the staff. Friendly, and accommodating. Thanks for that Pawtopia.
