Please avoid this place they truly suck they barely give you anything for your items and will rip you off then sell your item with out a heads up what a waste of time and money smdh enter at your own risk

While they had good customer service, their quality for overall business was dirt-poor. I walk in with a $2,000 piece of body armor. Then they offer me $100 after doing zero research on it because they "don't know me"... I may only be one customer but I feel bad for every other person who doesn't spoken up about this bull

I first visit this location nineteen years ago, from the very visit until now 2020 I am still impressed! one with the level of customer service, two with the price and the bargain is phenomenal, three the knowledge of the staff. I recently moved eighty miles away however I still stop by on a regular basis my parents lives close by. I would recommend these guys to anyone I come across knowing that they will be well taking care of. Complete ripoff, they have zero integrity, but I guess that should be expected. They straight up like about gold rates at any given time. I had 2000 worth of gold and that were trying to give me 150 for it. Criminal. Watch out, they will play you.

Good for pawns on instruments, electronics, etc. (Not Jewelry) as far as purchasing, way overpriced and they won't give that great of deals or discounts, if any at all. One day I spent a good amount of money, bought a bunch of different things, they gave me a semi-descent price. Came back a week later to buy just a couple of things I wanted and they would not budge AT ALL, not even a dollar, 50cents, nothing, and not just one employee but 2 salesman and a manager, all said "Sorry but we can't". Its a pawnshop, it's not "can't", it's "won't". I walked out. 5 stars up until this point, Sorry😩

Service was top knotch. My wedding ring is absolutely gorgeous. The entire staff was extremely helpful and down to earth. I have purchased game consoles, tools, and a vacuum. I'm big on customer service and this store prides themselves on that.
