Great customer service; my order did not arrive on the scheduled time, it finally arrived 3 days later, no notice. I called in and reported, was given another bag of dog food. This was great.

The cashier with the green on her hair tips (sorry I didn't get her name) needs better customer service skills! I was trying to purchase an item that was priced at .50 cents and she wanted me to pay $2.78 for it I informed her all the products had the same price of .50 cents why would I pay more than that! She continued insisting I pay the $2.78! I kept telling her the price on it says .50 cents! She said she couldn't nor wouldn't give it to me for the price marked on the item. It was not 50% off either the item was priced at .50 cents! So I then ask for her to put it to the side and I would return today 1/23/25 in the morning and speak to the manager to get the item for the price showing on the item she said "The manager will tell you the same thing I'm just going to take them all off the floor" she then told the other cashier with pinkish red hair on her tips to remove all the .50 cents items off the floor. I then suggested she get a can of dog food or any item that cost $1.00 and do half off in replacement of the item i was trying to purchase and add in the system the dog food was a substitute for the .50 cent markdown item and why. She said no and continued with her attitude, so again how can she 1. Be rude with her crappy attitude she was giving me, and 2. not sell me an item that was in their store priced by their employees and not honor that price?! She then went on to say "you can purchase it for $2.78 if you want it if not I'm not selling it to you" so I then walked out to put my other belongings in my vehicle and when I walked back inside the store for my family her and the other cashier were talking about me as if I was the one who priced all the items in their bin for .50 cents! By far the worst customer service! Train your employees to be better and know the system when you have discounted items in your store!

Always well stocked and clean. I'm always tempting by the pet costumes and clothes. One of my pups got groomed there and he came back so cute and soft.

This review is for Felicia in the grooming department. We took our Great Pyrenees here today and she isn't very socialized to new people or experiences so I was nervous especially since this was her first professional grooming. FELICIA(the groomer) did absolutely amazing with her. Our dog came out happy and tail wagging and our dog was even really happy with Felicia. I trust from my dogs body language that she was okay, happy, and had a good experience and I can tell our dog really liked Felicia the groomer. She took her time with her which was great since this was my dogs first grooming. Also our dog came out sparkling white and incredibly soft!! Definitely would book with Felicia again.

Went in looking for healthy cat food for my 2 sweet girls Maggie and Ling.
And even tho Lila didn't own a cat she was so helpful and full of information.
