I’m a big fan of PGA Superstore. I have purchased 2 different sets of clubs from one of the other stores. I went in with 3 other friends, with the intention of buying a new driver. The younger gentleman in the back working the simulator area was asked 3 times to help me and he never responded to assist in my needs. An older gentleman started by setting me up with a driver and said that the other guy ( the younger one ) is the guy who is the knowledgeable guy that can assist me. The older guy went to the younger one and told him I need help with a driver. He glanced at me and never can to help me. He did help two other guys and after he was done - he just walked away from the area. The store was not busy and when my friends checked out with their purchases I told the cashier about my experience. We stopped at your store because we are on our way to the airport and our flight was pushed back. We are avid golfer and will be in a golf tournament with 24 friends in Michigan. Sad that I won’t have a new driver to try.

I like PGA Tour Superstore for the most part but technology and fitting expertise has passed them by at other stores in town now. Also, I just bought a used driver from them that was likely a trade-in, but they throw away the head covers now on returns per a store employee who just shrugged their shoulders.. Seriously? They used to keep them in a box and when you bought a used club, you could nearly always get a head cover with it. Not the smartest move in the world for something that has close to zero cost.

This place has a terrible selection & service. I would definitely go to 2nd swing for massive selection, great fitting & service. I went there to inquire about installing a golf simulator in my house. The guy at the fitting area pretty much told me it starts at $20k, snubbing me & assuming I couldn't afford it. So I decided to go on my own & install a $30k simulator at my house. Also went & bought my new $1200 ping irons at 2nd swing.

My original review was blocked, classy move. Your staff have issues and hiding my comments won't make them go away. Your staff is rude and inconsiderate. Talking down to customers. Why would I spend money here to be treated this way?

Original review: Tell your guy filling in over in the hitting bays around 2pm yesterday to get off his phone. He tells me I'm not supposed to touch the computers, then walks back to his phone while I'm waiting for him to set me up. Then asks what do I need and I tell him I'm looking to see the disbursement of my shots. Doesn't even look and says "you're all over the place." Thanks for the help, you asshat. Just needed 5 minutes to talk about why I'm here and he'd rather stand around on his phone. Class act, won't get a cent out of me here.

Yesterday 6/9/24 I purchased a black Callaway Org14 bag. After getting it home and fully loading it, I noticed one of the snaps was missing to hold on the cover. Today 6/10/24 I went to this store seeking a replacement. The cashier gave me a little difficulty for not having tags, but said he would talk to the manager and to go ahead and get a replacement if that's what I wanted. I found the bag, and thoroughly checked all zippers and pockets etc, everything I possibly could think of. Go back up to the cashier and he says there was a tag on the bottom of the one I needed to exchange, so actually I'm good... OK .... Then he processes the exchange and I head out to my car. Once again start loading the the bag, with balls and tees etc, then I go to put my driver in and it wouldn't go down all the way. If I pushed harder it felt like something was giving way and it would go down, but then pop right back up. Put my hands inside the inner part of the bag from the side pocket and could feel the bottom of the inside of the bag was bent, tried to just flatten out but this was bent plastic and was permanently bent. I go back into the store, this time just wanting a refund. Cashier proceeds to look at the bag and question what's wrong with it, I tell him, and then he starts processing the refund. He asks for my phone number.. I didn't wish to give my phone number, there is no reason why they should need this and I already spend enough time dealing with spam calls and texts, so I try not to give it out unless absolutely necessary. Says it needs the phone number and calls the manager over. Manager starts processing the refund and while working through it, starts questioning what is wrong with the bag. I tell him, he then proceeds to get a wedge from behind the desk and put in the driver slot, looks at me as if I'm now to explain myself. A wedge is much shorter than a driver and would not reach the bottom to make contact with the bent plastic like a driver would. So I open the side pocket and put my hand in there, telling him you can feel the bottom is not flat and plastic is bent up. So he puts his hand in here and starts feeling around saying 'I don't know I'm not feeling anything right now'.
Now I'm getting a big upset ...
He eventually processes the refund.

Last but not least, looks like they will be returning this bag to the shelves according to my return receipt, because they must think I am full of it! So if you go to this store, do NOT buy an all black Callaway Org14 bag, it's defective!

2 stars instead of 1 because they do have a great selection... However this will be my first and last experience with a PGA Superstore!

Everything you need to play great golf is in this building. Just ask the friendly staff to help you find what you're looking for, and they will comply. They have hitting bays to test out potential purchases of golf clubs. They can build any club and put on grips while you shop. They have great deals on golf shoes. Any golf brand you know will be in the store. They take trade-in clubs as well. All the latest gear from all the golf companies. The store is massive. I love the putting green.

Very friendly staff and great selection for male golfers. If I were a guy, I would give all 5 stars. Limited selections for women, other than clothing. Still, I do manage to find what I need most times.

Christian over at PGASuperstore off of Shea & 101 went above and beyond to help me! I was running late and he stayed late to make sure I got my driver and fairway shafts they did work on. Just in time for my tourney! Offered to tip him and he completely refused to take it…stand up guy! Thank you Christian!
