This is an amazing place to stop. The owners are super sweet. The candy is amazing. The rocky road candy is famous. I would highly recommend coming here. Funny story, while we were in there we bought some things they gave us extra popcorn for our order and we left. When I got to my room I noticed that our chocolates were missing and I called them up the next morning and they were the sweetest. We came in to pick up our remaining order, and they had doubled it. If you get a chance, definitely stop in and grab some fantastic candy

and handmade candies.

The recently renovated
store had a nice view of
kitchen where the candy
is made.

I selected a variety of
candy including roca,
truffles, peanut clusters.
and orange sticks.

The store has a complete
ice cream shop, a variety
of coffee drinks, classic
candy in the box and in bulk.

Located in Seaside on lower
Broadway next to Finns
Fish House and near the
Turnaround.

A great place to stop for
a milkshake, grab some
cheese popcorn, try some
sea form or some sugar
free chocolate, and enjoy
the famous salt water taffy.

Love, love, love this candy store!! Went two days in a row which will more than likely contribute to my recently expanding waistline but no matter, where was I Ahhh, yes, love this candy store. Candies and popcorn made fresh in store daily. Recommendations: #1 Chocolate "Seafoam" Candy ( insanely delicious and seriously addictive, hence, my return to store the next day after hoovering up a bag filled with pieces the day before)#2 Chocolate Mint Meltaways - my only regret is only purchasing 4 pieces #3 Chocolate covered almonds - where have you been all my life? #4 Carmel corn and Cheddar Cheese popcorn- yes and yes!!! Super fresh and delicious. CONFESSION: So we were at a candy store ( to remain nameless) in a town not too far from Seaside ( to remain nameless) and I decided to try their Chocolate Seafoam ( for comparitive and educational purposes, of course) AND , while good, could not hold a candle to the fresh, bright, and delicious flavor sensations of the Phillips Candies version. If you are in Seaside and have not been to Phillips Candies, I would highly recommend a visit. In addition to the great chocolate candy and popcorn varieties they make in store, there are tons of nostalgia candies, salt water taffy, and childhood favorites from other great candy makers.

Cute candy store that had everything I could imagine. Old and new candy available as well has homemade taffy and chocolates. It is a small store but quite a bit is packed in there. Off to the left in the back you can see the machine I believe they use to do the taffy pulling which was fun to see. They sell small individual candies and bulk. The staff is nice and helpful with questions.
There was a sign on the front door that said if you check out their Facebook page that you can see the behind the scenes.

A lot of candies I've never seen, even some I thought were discontinued. The soft serve ice cream they have from "flavor burst" is extremely good. There's no way to describe it, other than different from any ice cream I've had. Trust me and get a cone someday.

Expensive Gelato that tast like play dough. And the coffee was atrocious. Employee acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Would not recommend.
