As a cyclist and customer, I feel incredibly fortunate to have Piccadilly Cycles in our community. There are not enough positive words in my little brain to express how excellent Gus and his team are. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, patient, and honest are just a few adjectives that immediately come to mind.
I purchased a new Specialized Terro from Piccadilly, and Gus and the team could not have been more helpful and professional. I initially ordered the wrong color, but they went above and beyond to contact Specialized to get me the color I really wanted. Once my bike came in, they quickly transferred a bunch of components from my old bike onto my new bike, all at a very reasonable price. The new bike is perfectly put together and tuned. Throughout the entire process, Piccadilly made the purchase, the service, and the new bike handoff painless. They truly are an amazing team. This is exactly why we need to support local shops. I could not be happier.

I rarely complete these reviews, but sometimes businesses are extraordinary... We have 2 Riese Mueler e-bikes purchased here about 18 months ago and we brought them in with minimal service issues for routine "annual service". Service was completed professionally in a couple days and we are very pleased with all aspects of the care our bikes received. Thanks!

I can not rave enough about what a pleasant experience it was when I purchased my E-bike from Piccadilly Cycles. Gus was so informative about all the types of bikes and what would work for me. Tory explained all the functionality of the bike and user manual info. I love my E-bike! We will certainly purchase another e-bike in the near future.

What great fun! We rented e-bikes for the afternoon and they were fantastic. Just like riding a regular bike but with a little help when you need it. I found myself enjoying the ride, the scenery and the breeze without any huffing or puffing. What a wonderful way to spend a day!

I want to commend the team at Piccadilly Cycles for their amazing customer service. I am looking at a Cube Road bike (minimal presence in the United States) and potentially purchasing from California since they are the closest U.S. dealer to me. Despite the logistical hurdles and limited availability for a great bike sold mostly in Europe should I decide to purchase it, the staff was honest, professional and very informative on all options and possible challenges in buying the bicycle. In my experience, most companies now a days steer you away or try to sell you on something they have in the store ready to go. The staff at Piccadilly Cycles were more concerned with ensuring I am getting the correct bike for me and that it would meet my needs while minimizing (equipment, maintenance, warranty, logistical) issues. They even provided me with a website to compare various manufacture bicycle sizes (bikeinsights.com) to help me make a more informed decision regarding my future purchase. This speaks volumes about the staff, in my opinion, they are truly focused on the customer, and I wish more companies were like them. Even though I have not purchased from them, I felt I had to leave a positive review in case there are other people out there thinking about purchasing from Piccadilly Cycles. I highly recommend them, they are honest, transparent and truly want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

I am on a multi sport, multi state, multi month tour. Tory and her team at Piccadilly went above and beyond in unusual circumstances to provide exceptional customer service. They took delivery of my bike and my gear weeks earlier than they had to, handled the assembly and held the finished product until my arrival at an uncertain date. Not only were they happy to take the job but they were excited to be involved with my journey. Two thumbs up. Five stars. And a big high five to Piccadilly Cycles for all their love and support.
