Not honorable! One of close friends misread his tape measure, an over 50 eye sight issue we all face, lol, and bought a trailer one foot too long. Drove 27 miles to river, tried to load boat, wouldn't fit. Drive back to trade in for correct size, wanted to swap, no refund. "Sorry, all sales final!" So much for customer service.

Buyer beware...bought a boat trailer that didn't fit my boat just right and the owner refused to work with me on swapping the trailer for another model. I had the trailer for 3 days and used it once but the owner said he would not take it back...his reason was it could have been in salt water (which was NOT the case).

Great experience with the guys at Pierce's. I bought a boat there and had to bring it back to Texas. They made sure everything was ready for the long trip and even had it ready for a test run in the water before I headed back. Great service!

I’ve personally been doing business with Mr. Pierce and his family for a couple years and can honestly say they are some of if not the most honest and dependable people I’ve ever done business with in my life!! The Pierce’s have gone above and beyond to make sure our business deals have not only been fair but done in way that insures the customers satisfaction above their own!!! I’ve also had the privilege of seeing what they do with their time and money personally in giving back to the community and volunteering in ministry and other activities!! I encourage everyone to do business with them and I’ll go as far as to personally guarantee you’ll be treated fair and honest!!
