The IT guys here are the best. Extremely patient with older (less tech-savvy customers, informative and professional. If a repair is not in your best interest, they are honest up front and save you money.
They recently were able to save 10 years of files from my laptop that was destroyed. It looked like it would be impossible, but I now have everything on a flashdrive. I expected the worst but they worked diligently to prevail.
They rescued me from a disaster and I am forever grateful. Every business should hire people that are this well-trained and have such great customer service skills.
I also purchased a refurbished laptop there. It was a pleasure having questions answered - unlike all the larger stores! After going home with my purchase, I compared pricing and found I got a very good deal. Thank you Pinellas Computers!

So on September 9 my daughter brought her laptop to them the problem was the right side hinge froze and broke the back cover. Then gave a estimate for repair when I asked why is the screen being replaced they said it was broken. When I informed them that it was not broken when we brought it to them. They admitted that they cracked it so they would not charge me. I was pissed they tried that. Then we get another call the keys stick another way to get 90 dollars unfortunately they weren't ever a problem declined that. 3 weeks after doing the hinge and back cover replacement now they found a new problem that's directly attached to the hinge. That part comes in broken and now there's no stock anywhere but finds one thats 6xs the price. now I am a very upset customer and the manager offers me to put back all the broken parts and charge me nothing or take it as is. This place is a complete scam they will just keep trying for that extra. And they shipped it to the Clearwater location for faster service stay away and be very careful. Then to find that the touch screen now does not work the owners says better to leave the customer unhappy then deal with an irritated one.

Shout out to the dudes here at the Tyrone location, great turnaround time and excellent customer service. they built me a perfect gaming PC and they were extremely helpful from start to finish. only place I plan on going to in the future.

I am on a business trip in St. Pete. I was having issues with my laptop. After hours of frustration and not being able to get help where I purchased the laptop I stopped into Pinellas in desperate need of help. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were able to solve my issues on the spot for a nominal fee. They even double checked that everythingwas working properly before they allowed me to leave. Their customer service is second to none. I took one of their cards, because they offer remote service. If I am in need of assistance again they will be my first call.

Horrible customer service no one is on the same page. Literally drove 25 minutes to pick up my laptop on two different occasions and both times laptops not ready. After being told on the phone and in email that it was ready. On the second occasion my laptop is not even at the store. No consideration for customers time at all. I will definitely go to geek squad next time for more professionalism. They are worth the extra money they charge at geek squad!

I was born decades before tech was a part of life. One of the few subscriptions I have is this one. I can call them and get scheduled quickly for a conference over the phone and computer. Their anti virus protection is also fantastic.

-Where do I start with these guys.
They charged me a few hundred to replace a motherboard in a store bought "gaming" PC. The price was reasonable, not cheap, but when you see the quality of work they do, it's worth it. They wrapped all of my cables up to where it looks tidy and the computer is running quiet and efficiently. They cloned my hard drive and even came up with solutions to help me figure out my storage issues. Throughout the whole process they kept me up to date on the progress and helped me save money, when the fan I bought was the wrong size.
Highly recommend. Honestly, I'd just have them build my next rig, rather than get one from a big company. They did a great job.
