I came into the store on a whim looking to get some jewelry for my girlfriend. I was helped by Kris and she did an absolutely fantastic job at helping me out with different gift ideas and finding the right things! It’s not the usual place I would be shopping but she went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend going in there if you guys are looking for nice gifts for your ladies!

My mom and I LOVE shopping here. Marisol and Gail are so sweet, helpful and friendly! Over the years I’ve purchased so many great outfits and I get compliments on all of them. Different items you can’t get at other stores and boutiques. The new location is even bigger and better. A must visit. Thank you ladies ❤️

This boutique was lovely all around. The space is extremely welcoming along with the staff. They have everything you need from bags to accessories and clothing. I had a wonderful experience and purchased a jumpsuit and sandals - both of which are amazing in quality and remain that way after being washed/cleaned. I will definitely be back. 5 stars all around. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Let me just say what an incredibly HURTFUL experience I just had here. When I walked in immediately, I could feel the judgment. Judging by the clientele that was in there as well as the two workers - I already knew my presence was not welcome. I could hear the two women cackling with a customer about how they’re from New York (as am I), but it suddenly explained the disgusting and judgmental demeanor. I shuffled around the store, while the both had a personal conversation that radiated through the store. If I had to guess, they are two retired New York sales women, that more than likely worked in high end stores. Therefore anyone like myself with tattoos and casual attire was “below their pay grade” to help. At one point I had simply asked “what size is a 36?” The smug older woman replied “it’s a 6,” then continued about her personal conversation. She might as well have told me what she really thought as it was written all over her face. The painfully difficult part was hearing them engage with the other customers like they were gal pals going out for brunch. “We’ll let me show you this,” and “oh we have belts that will match that perfectly.” Meanwhile, saying absolutely nothing to me, other than with their eyes. This was truly horrible and hurtful. Put it this way, if you are not a Naples resident that LOOKS like a Naples resident, you will receive no respect in this store. What an absolute shame! As I walked out, no “have a great day, or “goodbye,” as they had done with every other client. You never know how much money you may have lost being pompous and arrogant. Do better ladies. Do better.

Marisol is a wonderful owner of Pink Flamingo Boutique. I had the pleasure of getting 5-star service from her. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.I was looking for a Pandora charm that happened to be sold out everywhere in my area. She answered my prayers by holding it aside for me so I could purchase the gift for my girlfriend. Will looking forward to doing business with her more often in the future.

Very negative experience. Don't recommend purchasing Pandora bracelets from them. I purchased a Pandora bracelet and 2 charms worth about $200.
For starters I found it very odd that the casher kept the tags but gave me the box it came in. The bracelet kept unclasping and throughout the next few days I would find it on the floor or in my car thankfully. Mind you I live in another town and didn't go back the very next day but ended up going to the store a little more than a week later and the manager was called only to tell me there is nothing that can be done and suggested I take it to a Pandora store to get it repaired. No apology, no exchange, no let me nake it right, nothing! Awful way to do business. Never will I give them my money. I'm stuck with a bracelet that I will eventually drop and not find somewhere. Very shady way of doing business. Don't shop here. Not worth it. I'll go strait to the Pandora store next time.
