Hmm… a fine establishment, this is. Many treasures within, I sense. Plushies, soft and loyal they are. Mugs, strong with the force of caffeine. Garments, warm like the twin suns of Tatooine. Clothes, a bit more expensive than other shops, they were. But higher quality, they seemed—soft, they felt. A true haven for travelers, this place is. Visit, you must. Regret it, you will not.

Excellent customer service! I accidentally left a special and sentimental purchase on the counter. After contacting the store, Marissa looked up the purchase to verify my request, then mailed it to me. My request could have been ignored, but they were kind enough to call me back and send the item. Very kind of the staff and Marissa.

Bought 5 mugs as souvenirs-got them home and started to wash them and the lettering came off!! Called and the girl that answered the phone said “I don’t know what I’m supposed to do” then leaves me on hold for 10mins and come back and says “Once you leave the store it’s not our problem” So I read to her that on the bottom of the receipt it says “No Refunds. Exchanges only with receipt within 30 days”
Silence. Finally I asked for a manager since this child on the phone clearly did not have a clue on what to do/say. FINALLY she she says to talk to “Deena” in the morning.

So many cool things at this store but it only received one star because of rude service. I asked a woman I believe to be named Anna about a specific shirt and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off to tell me to find it myself and continued to work barley acknowledging me. I would have left empty handed if it weren’t for one of the other workers to observe her rudeness and follow me to help me. I asked the helpful worker for her name and if she’s always like that and she agreed she was always rude. I didn’t appreciate the attitude, I’m surprised someone that bitter works at a family vacation gift shop.

Fun little gift shop with a wide variety of magnets (my wife and I collect magnets, very original right?) and options of clothing. We managed to close out our souvenir shopping between here and one other shop on the wharf! The fun aesthetic of the Pirate theme is fun too, who doesn't enjoy a little Pirate fun when they are on the ocean?

Bought some cute flip flops here, customer service I’d give a 2 star. Not very friendly appearing, kinda got the look of “oh great another tourist customer” kinda feel about the staff.

Typical tourist store, but a great place to go in and warm up on a food and windy day. Bought a few magnets here that were decently priced.
