It happened to be on Google under thrift store,so I checked it out on my way. Not a friendly store front, dirty windows, dark unpleasant. All that singlnal me to leave, but I've seen customers in and out with bags of goodies, OK, that's a good sign.

Out of surprise, it has quite a few name brand items. Pricing for T-shirt is about $8+, lots of good shoes, used, of course. And plenty of fitting rooms.

I might come back again , hopefully by then they've cleaned up the front.

Horrible place to sell anything, I had so much stuff that definitely would sell crop tops, horror merch, stuff new with tags that is brand new an trendy and they accepted nothing
Store is horribly run down to the point where I thought it was closed. The buyer is a male that has no sense of fashion or what’s trending
Absolutely ridiculous and for the owner Kim, you can do better
Invest in your business a little more
Your employees look miserable

I come here every once in a while and it’s been getting worse and worse. Almost all their stuff is shein, forever 21, even target and walmart brands now. If I try to sell stuff they usually take at least one item but the last time I went a nice girl checked me in at 6:03 PM and I was the only one selling. I watch an employee I’ve never seen before dump my bag out onto the counter and then just grab handfuls of clothes and shove them back in the bag, not looking at anything. I get another text at 6:05 PM saying they’re done with my stuff. I walk up to the counter and the girl who first helped me is confused because I said I got the text. She asks the one who “looked” at my stuff if they were keeping anything and she starts shaking her head no before she even finishes her question. I know how these places go but I only bring in name brand things in the first place. If you weren’t buying anything just say that instead of whatever that was.

I have been coming here for around 10 years and ever since COVID it's been really mid. All of their stuff now is ROMWE, Shien, and forever 21. Polyester and poor quality as far as the eye can see. If you are looking for a fun outfit to wear once, before the polyester pilling kills it, you can buy it here for the same price as new. On par with Ross/Marshalls/TJ Maxx prices (around 7-8 for shirts, 14-20 for pants)It's also out of date with modern fashion by about two years, so I guess COVID got them or something. I used to recommend this to people as a good place for basics, and buffalo on second (RIP) for the fun, albeit pricier stuff. Without buffalo, and with Plato's being really for one fashion demographic now idk where to go for consignment lol :')
ALSO their mens section SUCKS lolll it's so booooring. Sometimes they have cool shoes? And I know it's cus the people buying don't know anything about mens fashion, it looks like it all came from a Macy's catalog. And they have a Disney mens shirts section like as the biggest section Like wth 😭😭😭 and when I was looking in the men's Tees there were so many Disney shirts outside of that section. NO IDEA what's happening there? I guess it's only millennial guys who shop there I have had friends bring in some really cool men's pieces but they aren't standard menswear/Disney shirts so they didn't get bought. Such a shame.
The people who work there are really nice though! They often are understaffed so you have to wait to get into the changing rooms. But thats managements problem.
It used to be a really cool place though!!! So I really hope they can return to that.

Do not supporttt 2/10 Do Not recommend They racially profile coming from a former employee they judge people off of the clothes that they wear. That's how you'll be treated in the store. Their prices is way too high and the pictures they post online don't match the pictures of the items when you get there the manager I don't know her name but she's rude as hell, I've been supporting the store for over five years and I will not be returning and I'm only speaking facts because I know what I saw when I worked there as an employee I got to the point where I had to keep calling off because they made me feel uncomfortable Because it's like we supposed to be a team and you come to work to judge people and talk about people like you're better and it's like do I stand up for what I believe in or do I be quiet and keep my job they pick and choose on items, so they want to save to hold And most of the employees be hiding stuff in the back so before the kid even hit the floor, they already have it on hold I also seen employees wearing clothes and putting it back Also, given free clothes to their family members i also reached out to corporate!!!!!

Do NOT SELL HERE! Me and my girlfriend took some clothes we had and they weren’t even old. They were also brand names like Lulu lemon, Levi’s, and brandy Melville and out of our whole container they only took 5 things and they were the last items we’d thought they’d buy. We sold a princess Polly dress that was new and they valued it at $3.20! That’s a $50 dress. I should’ve read the reviews because there are a lot of negative ones like mine. Your better off having a yard sale and not waste your time here.
