Mr. Jeff and Stephen were AMAZING to work with. This was my first time buying a car and they went above and beyond for my husband and I. The workers here were kind and attentive to all our needs and even were very sweet to our baby girl. My in laws came with us and they are very much coming back as well as I will be one day. If you're looking for straightforward people who pull out all the stops, then Chiefland Ford is it. Ask for Stephen! He's absolutely amazing and very sweet. I recently traded a vehicle in and the truck i purchased was already out on the floor and on internet as available. The oil had not been changed, no fluids topped off, i had to wait for them to finish detailing it before i was able to drive it off the lot. The oil was topped off and overfilled which was affecting the motor. Computer system showed oil changed and all fluids topped off. This dealership is not organized and the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. The salesman Erick, sales manager and finance manager Bob were great, professional and easy for work with on making this deal. The dealership is terrible as far as organization which made the whole experience very frustrating. Love the truck, just got to get all the bs handled! The rear passenger door would not open, so they did an IOU and it has been a fight between the service dept, body shop and sales manager for weeks on end now. The door will not open, now body shop is giving us the run around and wanting to keep the truck for days maybe weeks until they can get it fixed (work it in). This was supposed to be fixed WEEKS AGO!!! This dealership service and body shop is the most unorganized, unmotivated and frustrating place I have EVER been to.

Ralph was great. He followed through with providing what we discussed for pricing and he also made sure that I was given a parts and labor warranty that was a must for me when having such a large job such as replacing a rear axle on my 2019 F-350 truck.

Mr. Ralph and his staff was great. Jessica is great to. One of the techs damaged the ream when on the right front when he was taking the car off the lift. Mr. Ralph was nice enough to let me know and will be ordering another one to replace it. He also informed me of another recall on the car and will be contacting me when they both come in. I got my vehicle at Chiefland Ford which i feel i got a great vehicle for a good price. I had brought my vehicle in because a recall notice and now oil change. Dallas has great customer service, straight talker, and very knowledgeable. I wish more people were like the people I met at here.

Love this dealership. Traded in my old car and was so thrilled to find a low mile, clean replacement at an excellent price. Then had my 1 ton diesel checked over and they did a transmission flush. Wonderful service

They was very nice people. They sold the used vehicle $3,000 below MSRP. When my monthly payments was too high, they worked with me to get them within my price range. I will say they is located 2 hours away from Jacksonville, FL, but it's well worth the drive IF YOU LIKE SAVING MONEY 💰. Below is a picture of my new ride.
