Numerous occasions have I visited this store and only one visit to the Bruce B Downs location, that's all it took. Since day one they have always greeted me, made me feel I was getting a deal, educated me about the process, and the prices... Dick's Who? New or used they have the price and a courteous professional staff. I state this with 25 years of CSR Retail experience they are truly a 5 Star environment. My inspiration to write this review was due to the exceptional customer service we received this Sunday from Justin. Thank you to your entire staff Matt I am yet to have a bad experience at your location.

Extremely disappointing experience…the time and energy to try and work out any kind of deal with this particular store and Eddie was in the lighter side a pretty ridiculous experience from start to finish! It very sad to assume you’re going to pick up a treadmill for purchase and expect me to disassemble - relocate to garage - reassemble for you to “test” - since video nor FaceTime was a trusted source in their eyes- and then after it works and has been tested by your employees- I need to disassemble for your to purchase from me and take away!! ridiculous !!!!
To try and save the deal after the machine was tested inside my home and they had no tools to disassemble themselves- I offered to provide them with tools and have them help do this since I was not physically able to do it alone, but instead, they walk away from the deal all together! after one month of going back and forth and wasting my time!!! Terrible business ways!!

This nomarly my go to place for my son football stuff but idk anymore this place is supposed to have used stuff but each time I have went they didn't have used football pants I spent way to much for 2 pants but my son needed them asap and there was no deals or anything for new stuff

Needed some elbow pads for lacrosse. New ones are usually $40 and we bought the only pair for $10. We've been to Palm Harbor, Wesley Chapel, and this location. It's hit or miss on what you find because it all depends on what people bring in to sell. If you want to sell for top dollar, try the internet. Otherwise I am grateful for people for passing on their gently used equipment here instead of filling up landfills. We've had a lot of luck between the three stores finding what we need. Good luck hunting!

Ever had a business refuse to sell you a product? Well this place is it. About a month ago I noticed they had two 8 kilogram steel clubs (similar to kettlebells) in the back. They reluctantly agreed to sell one to me but not both “because it’s the only thing that keeps the back door open.” Went back to see if they would sell me the other one today and they refused. I even offered to pay more than the last one they sold me. Unreal. Won’t shop here again!

This place is extremely overpriced! I found a pair of roller blades there for 100$!!! They are out of their minds if they think they can get that. On top of that, they are actively trying to jip people out of their money. I tried to trade a bat for in-store credit. It was brand new and it had never been used more or less touched. They said they'd give me 10 bucks for it and would turn around and sell it for 25 bucks. I thought that this was strange considering I only paid 16 bucks for the bat brand new at Walmart. How are they going to resell used merchandise for more that its retail price? It is a scam all the way.
