Pam is a miracle worker! I had an old Kenmore previously purchased from her (when she lived in Milwaukie). I realized I would use it more if I had a free arm vs fixed. She was on it immediately. Found the one I wanted, tuned it up & had it ready before the anticipated week it would have been done.
When I came to pick it up she fine tuned it a bit more. Meanwhile I wandered through her shop. It is like walking into a vintage machine museum. Amazing how knowledgeable she is of so many different models, ages & machines!
She is very fair, great on communications & work(wo)manship of the machines. It's worth the drive to get what you want. ✨️

I was gifted a 1949 Singer, the wires looked too scary and I never plugged it in! Took it to PNW and left it in capable hands. Completely rewired, motor rewrapped, and upgrade light... great service - I recommend highly if you need a vintage machine serviced.

I went through a phase of acquiring midcentury machines in various stages of disrepair. Finding Pam was a godsend. She got them all up and running and I was able to place most of them in new homes. I've kept a few and am still on the hunt for particular models, so I will definitely be using her again. I also give her info to everyone I pass a machine along to.

This woman fixed up my 1970s Husqvarna Viking and wanted only $50. I paid her more. I also was in a hurry and forgot the pedal on the roof of my car and drove away. She spent a lot of time of her bike going around my route to try and find my pedal. She also sent me resources to purchase a replacement.

12/10, WILL use her services again.
