Had the doors locked and a lady folding up shirts 15 minutes before they were supposed to officially close! Drove 10 miles from my home after checking the hours on Google and it stated the Wesley Chapel Tampa Outlet location closes at 9pm!! I made sure to get there 15 minutes before closing at 8:45pm and I couldn’t get the red polo shirt I needed for work tomorrow! I understand the workers want to leave early but for me to have to make that drive for nothing pissed me off. I hope Management reads this. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on you lost a customer Polo.

I’ve been to multiple Polo store especially in New York City (hometown) and I have never seen such a bad attitude/aggressive in the workers. Yesterday I had items in my hand and Alla( employee ) was scanning clothes for broken security sensors. She got close to me and “tactically” scanned what was in my hand. I asked her would you like to check and she played stupid obviously this is a leadership problem poor old lady is just trying to do her job. I don’t understand every time I go to the store I buy something and as an ex-law enforcement officer this stores leadership has failed at picking out the people who they think are going to steal. Your trading customer service for a nasty disgusting experience, the only reason I go to this Polo store is because it’s so close. If you have a loss prevention issue hire a door man for 9 dollars an hour and return to the great Polo experience. I guarantee if this treatment from these employees didn’t exist I would definitely spend more money it’s Polo the clothes are great but you’re killing the experience.

See a lot of negative reviews but nothing has changed at this polo ralph lauren store at the Tampa premium outlets. Isn't corporate reading customer reviews? This location has more employees than customers. Very little is being sold. Time to change managers and other associates.

Its not bad, but as an avid polo enthusiast, I'm not impressed. I've been to many polo stores in different states along the east coast. They really didn't offer many deals worthwhile, and as a factory store, which in my opinion, is the equivalent to an outlet store. I was expecting to shop and experience some savings or bargains, and it was the exact opposite. Even the few shirts and items they had on sale where very minimal in style and colors, and the regular items were all msrp, and I felt some were overpriced, again, in my opinion. I honestly went online and found better deals on macys website, and you know macys is authentic. They did have a few nice pieces, but the overall selection left something to be desired. The store was very neat and clean and the staff is polite and attentive.
