Every online order that i have placed, past and present, gets cancelled within an hour of placing it. I’m not sure if the items are truly out of stock or the associates see the order and don’t feel like fulfilling it. Either way, there’s never a reason for cancelling just an email saying “your order has been cancelled by the store.”

I'm so behind in what's new in the area! ? LOL I went to the Grove to turn in my cable box to Spectrum Cable and notice this store called pOpshelf. I've been hearing about this store off and on, and didn't realize there was one at the Grove. It's a very well-organized store with affordable prices.? This is a great store to pick up things you might need to finish that little detail on decorating for under $20. What I like most about the store is the variety of items that you can get. You can purchase food, pet supplies, GOLD plated eating utensils and decorative pillows. If you haven't checked it out, please do so! You won't be disappointed.

First, since I’d never heard of it I’ll start by saying if you’re also unaware of what type of store this is - It’s a bit like a more upscale dollar store or a five below with less stuff. First - I literally had to hold my shirt over my nose after being in there less than a minute to continue shopping. The fragrance they use is so strong and (idk chemically?) that it have me an agonist instant headache and nauseated me. Second, they have some interesting things but it was more the novelty of a new store I’d never been in before. The prices weren’t any better than the previous places I mentioned and as I said, their inventory is much smaller. Last HUGE complaint - There is ONLY self-checkout. This irritates me anywhere bc I don’t want to shop and then have to pay them as they’re using my labor to save costs. This is egregious, though, when there’s only self checkout. There was a woman working standing behind the counter that didn’t bother even initiating eye contact as I came up to what I thought was checkout counter. Grrrr.
Also I bought a shower speaker (cheap obvs ~$15) and it wouldn’t keep a charge after the second time using it!!

I was so amazed at all the things offered and sold here. I never dreamed it would have so many different things. I spent hours in there, and could spend so much money and time! If you are into arts and crafts, you must see all they have for sale! Great store, kind service.

I was shopping for shelves. They don't sell shelves. What a dumb store.

Ended up buying some hot wheels. It's all self check out, so don't actually talk to anyone. They look at you like you're insane

The air freshener in the vent spray is terrible in the stores. 2 people walked out behind me after walking in the store with the scent. CEO needs to know this is very annoying, and runs business out of the store. Assistant Manager said they are in trouble if it is turned off.
I had a sickening headache.
Anyone will allergies of asthma could not stand to be in these stores. It is self check out , but clearance items have to be entered by employees.
