Worth the wait for custom work! I Dropped off a gun to be customized at the discretion of Alexis the “artist“ of Precision Tactical. As time went on, I started to wonder if the gun would get done and be something I would love. And I have to say the finished product was exactly what I wanted. It’s almost like she read my mind. I found out that they had reworked the gun three times before showing me the finished product. I’m glad they care that much about what they offer to their customers.

Being a business owner I understand things come up. However, being belittled and disrespected is not the solution. I was talked to very disrespectfully from simply checking on when they said my rifle would be ready. Never cursed or raised my voice with anyone! I couldn’t believe I was being insulted for simply asking if it was ready when you said it was. They even tried to add $140 to the initial price that was quoted. I was so shocked because my previous experiences went extremely well. I hate this happened because I finally got it back and it looked amazing. I just can’t spend my hard earned money where I’m disrespected as a customer.

Brought in a Volquartsen for paint job , I disassemble most of the gun , the only part that I didn’t was the mainspring housing I didn’t think that they can screw it up but I was wrong ?‍♂️ got it back with a missing pin and put together incorrectly ?‍? Manager that took the order tooooo busy to answer the phone ? Thank God for Volquartsen costumer SERVICE. These people should sell tennis shoes ?‍♂️ or watch YouTube ?
U don’t even see what is wrong with the picture ?
Incompetent ?
And by the way all the parts u talking about, are in the yellow picture ?
Thank goodness I removed all the pin and springs before drop this off ?
I didn’t think u can , but u did ?
Integrity is a word u should look in the vocabulary or google it !
Because u don’t have a clue

Took a gun to them to have engraved march 2 2024 was told 4 week to do it it's now been over 3 months stopped by to see if it was ready now they have the barrel a turquoise color for some unknown reason.it was supposed to be engraved and fill in the engraved area not it's all messed up. note this was a brand new kimber 1911 45 acp now it looks like something from the hood. Now I was told they will sandblast it off and fix it will see how it goes 900 dollar gun being done that way will make u sick.update on gun turned out exactly the way we wanted it they did a great job well worth the wait.

I've had good experiences in the past (which is why they are getting 3 stars instead of 1) but the last time I went in, it wasn't good. They made a change in one of their policies, doesn't make any sense to me, but whatever. The issue is the guy behind the counter was very condenseding and rude. There is a big difference between an attitude of 'I'm sorry, but our policy has changed' and 'How dare you even think about questioning me?'. Way to be a gun shop stereotype! I won't be coming back.

To be honest I got a great service from nick while checking which gun I should buy,
But,
Reading the responses of owner to reviews makes me rethink and I definitely not buying anything from an " I'm always right and you are wrong " owners attitude.
Good luck guys but being arrogant and right doesn't bring business in.

I took a relative's Gen 5 Glock 19 to PTAC to have the slide milled for a SIG Romeo sight. After the sight was installed, the gun would not function properly. I took it to Glock in Smyrna. They determined that the slide had been milled too far forward. When the sight was in place, it interfered with the movement of the firing pin safety. When I advised PTAC of this, they agreed to pay for a replacement slide. However, they absolutely refused to refund the $100+ I paid to have the slide milled. They advised that they did not refund money paid for machining once the work had been done. The were completely indifferent to the fact that the machining had been done incorrectly. While they are relatively convenient (48 miles), I am not inclined to do any further business with them.
