Caution!!!! Check everything if you have service done here! Missing lug nut on wheel and the others are not even tightened. Did not grease the rig. Was told it was my fault for rushing them when they had the mower for three weeks. Wish I could have had a good experience but I’ll have to move on and let people that I know not to trust them with service. Was told “don’t care if you bring your mower back or use us ever again” but he did say “have a good day” this was directly from the owner. spent $541.81 on the service. We all make mistakes it’s how we handle them that makes the difference. Sorry to have to put a bad review, wish it was a good experience. After seeing the responses of the owner, who in the world would be ignorant enough to continue to do business with someone who said they didnt care if you bought your mower back or used them ever again. One thing is for sure the owners is a lot nicer when he has to respond to a google review than he is when you talk to him on the phone. It’s very interesting how two people can recall events differently especially when all of google and potential future customers can see. I would encourage you to look at all of the negative reviews. There’s a pattern here. I don’t think it’s the customers.

Had various repairs made to my cub cadet mower. Had them change the oil . They did not grease the front end at all. When u ask for a oil change that should include a grease not there. Told the owner and all he did was make excuses. When I picked it up I told one of the service techs and he blew me off. Will NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. ALL THE SERVICE TECH HAD TO DO WAS GRAB A GREASE GUN AND GREASE THE FRONT END BUT REFUSED.

We have an older Cub Cadet that recently required some extra attention! We have always used Preglers because they consistently do their best to address our mower’s maintenance and issues. We are not just another mower to service, they show great respect and patience with us as they take time to listen to our concerns!
We appreciate how Jay, particularly, goes the extra mile to actually explain in detail why something is happening with our mower, and always offers insightful tips that help our mowing experience!

Stopped in today for the first time. Been in the industry since 1999 over 300 weekly clients. I like to try out new shops especially small family owned ones with small simple requests. Although the staff was super friendly things got weird over a little bolt I was after. They didn't have it in stock and would have to order it with a week turnaround. Although understandable they refused to let me have the part number over a bolt that costs a few dollars to prevent me from calling a competitor and them loosing the sale. Awesome atmosphere, polite staff but strange business practices, by far.

I’ve been going to Pregler for the last 8 years since I was 14 years old. Always have taken great care of my friends and family both commercial and non commercial. Great people to work with who give fair prices and honest advice on regular maintenance. They will not try to hammer you into buying something you don’t need or will tell you to upgrade based on what you are doing. I have no complaints keep up the good work!

I have lots of things I could say about this place.. I have given them numerous chances. I’ve bought a new chain saw from them, maintenance parts, weed eater string, etc. and for them to tell me they only give commercial discounts to customers that they recognize is beyond me.
I asked the owner/manager how long does it take for them to recognize someone and he says, “well, usually twice a month”. Well this just so happens to be my second or third visit this month. I bought tune up kits for two pieces of equipment, a new head for my trimmer, and now a $50.00 roll of string for it.
I didn’t even say anything. I didn’t argue with the guy. I just left. Not even worth it. The woman at the front desk is a lot more helpful. If you look at how he responds to reviews on here it will tell you a lot.

Purchased a new cub cadet from Pregler. Very easy people to deal with. Had it delivered to my home for a small fee. Person who delivered the machine went over all the safety features and operations. He too answered all my questions. Used my mower after delivery and it worked perfectly.

The folks that run the place are good at what they do. They have dealt square with me and I've been a customer for 3 years now. They are dependable and meet their deadlines for the yearly maintenance and if you deal with alot of yard and maintenance gear you know how important that is.
