After my beloved friend John closed his doors at Holistic choice, I chose this as my new go to for all things thc and cbd. They welcomed me with open arms, met all my needs, and made sure they gave me the best deals for my budget, while making me feel like a welcome visitor, even offering free delivery when they saw my walker and i explained i was a chronic pain patient. Hope to met all of the staff eventually but the staff Ive met is all as 5 star as their store is. They have a real Nice variety of both budget friendly and top shelf products to choose from and while its slightly tight and a little bump a wheel chair can get in . My walker was very easy to navigate. I didnt realize how valuable familiarity was until my friend at holistic choice shut his doors, but thats for another review. This dispensary is everything you need with pleasant staff to navigate you through it. Theres really nothing not to like except the price on their apparels lol . They really shouldn't charge so much at all, for apparel that advertises their business. They should GIVE you one for your loyalty and advertising LOL ! BUT REALLY 40$ FOR A VERY THIN WIND BREAKER. Dont let that discourage you from their overall VERY fair prices. Im sure my review will remain intact with an occasional positive edit. Seriously, Preserve is the best dispensary I've ever been to. I've been hooked since they opened way back in November 2018. They've always taken such great care of me, and the customer service? Always awesome. I loved it so much that I even snagged a second job there! They consistently have the absolute best flower, plus a killer industry discount and tons of other amazing, top-notch stuff. And the staff? So knowledgeable and just genuinely cool. I'm super stoked to be training with them now, and I can't wait to know as much as they do so I can help everyone out just like they've always helped me."

I am a loyal and regular customer at Preserve, visiting almost daily because of the consistently great products they offer. However, my experience tonight was extremely disappointing.

I arrived at Preserve at 9:51 PM, well before the 10:00 PM cutoff when the POS system stops accepting transactions. When I arrived, the staff was able to weigh out my product and have everything ready for purchase. However, I realized I had forgotten my ID, so I quickly ran home — less than a minute away — and returned by 9:56 PM. At that point, all that remained was for me to show my ID, hand over the money, and complete the transaction.

When I returned, the lights were already off and the staff member indicated there was nothing they could do. I fully understand the importance of adhering to legal closing times, and I respect that policy. However, considering the transaction was prepared ahead of time, it would have taken less than a minute to verify my ID and complete the sale — well within the allowable timeframe before 10:00 PM.

As a loyal and frequent customer, it was incredibly disappointing to feel dismissed so abruptly. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as a little courtesy and flexibility, especially for regular customers, would go a long way.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and the rep Zach didn't help me so I choose a cartridge to go with my pen. I checked out and walked out the door and opened it, wasn't out the store for then 1min. I explained the cartridge that I was not helped with and nothing mentioned during checkout was not they type that screwed on, it was PAXERA that slides on rather then being screwed on. Zach seen me walk out and come back in almost instantly. I understand he is a rep and can't make the decision, however the store manager was there and claimed he can't make that decision (how are you a manager and can't make a decision either). He claimed only the upper management can make that decision and refused to call him to handle the situation. He said he can make the decision on Monday (today is a Saturday). He said they can just sell me a battery to fit it. So basically my choice is to stick with a cartridge until Monday that I can't use and lose $42, or pay more money for a pen that i will only use once per they can't make a decision and refuses to call the person that can make the decision. I was a customer that gladly went there and spent plenty on money. My money will be going else where going forward per I had no assistance or guidance/provided information during my visit. They refuse the exchange, when that's all I wanted to do, I wasn't looking for a refund. Customer service at this establishment need proper training and manager in store shouldn't be labeled as a manager if he can't make an in store decision, maybe have them as a team lead instead. Managers should be there to assist and solve issues, not make customers spend more money in store for something extra they don't need and won't use!

Came in to buy some rosin. And the sign said 40$. I got to the check out and he gave me a total and I paid. I walked out the door and noticed he over charged me. The worker said, there's nothing I can do. The computer rang up as 48$. Not my problem. So I asked for a refund on the difference and he said that it's not his problem. I asked for the managers name and he responded in a bad way. I kept asking for the managers name and he refused to give it to me. Bad customer service. Bearded ginger guy deserves a 1/10
