I am very pleased with the work with Prime Sales. Guys were attentive to all my requests, properly selected the car according to the specified parameters (name, year, cost, condition). When the car came from the auction, it was repaired, washed, made a complete detailing, and has been given to me as new. I'm a picky buyer, at the first test drive I didn't like one sound, I didn't know where it came from. Prime sales made the research very quickly, and didn't make an extra charge. In addition to all above, many times I has been explained step by step how to pay the loan, about insurance. And Natalie's was so professional, accompanying the whole transaction from start to finish during communicating with the insurance company and the bank, she always made a translate, and explained everything to me. Hello I want to give a huge thank you to Prime Sales and Tony especially!! I was in the market for a BMW M3 and so I visited a couple other dealerships that had M3's, but none of the other dealerships where as helpful and professional as Prime Sales. When I arrived to Prime Sales I was surprised how quick Tony was able to help me. He let me test drive the M3 (which most of the other dealerships didn't) and even let me have a couple minutes alone with the car to do my own inspection. And when I was done with my inspection I had a couple question which Tony was able to answer with all the correct answers. And just like that we negotiated a really great deal, and since I had to run I was able to send over my loan application from home. Finally just like that Tony was able to get me approved quickly, so I walked into the dealership and drove out with a New (to me) 2018 BMW M3 an absolute dream car!! Was literally shaking when Tony handed me the keys as I couldn't believe I had just bought my dream car. To this day Prime Sales and Tony has still been very helpful with getting my car's regular maintenance done. I will defiantly be back to Prime Sales when it's time to get my next car, Hopefully you guys have either a BMW M5 or Corvette ZO6 in 3-4 years on your lot because I'll be back for it. Once again thank you very much for all the help and I hope more people can visit Prime Sale so they can see how amazing this dealership truly is.

I bought a car at this used car dealership this week, it was a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic, my first car and I really love it. It's such a peppy car and with mileage at only 53k km, I got a great deal! At first, I didn't know what I was looking for, but the salesman helped me find a car that fits my needs.
