I recently completed few projects with Pro Automotive & Diesel team and I definitely can recommend them. I upgraded shocks on my truck to Fox 2.5 and also replaced tires to Toyo AT. Very dedicated team with customer in mind. Professional recommendation and great customer service. I feel confident that even if I will have some issue, they will do their best to resolve it in the most efficient way. Not to mention very convenient waiting room with some products on display that you can see and feel.

I’m sure I will come back to take care of my cars.

Absolute great experience. Service was just as they said it was going to be. The total bill was exactly the same amount as a quote. I committed to the service a week ahead of time they ordered the tires and when I got there I had very little wait time and it was done before I knew it. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with my tires the service the warranty. If you need any service done or if you need new tires, this is the place to shop. They will take care of you and stand behind what they sell. Five stars all the way I’m letting all my friends know. Ironically, I had a tire go flat when I was visiting and they put the spare on for me until I was able to get back. What service? Future tire purchases for me are not a question about where I’m going. It’s going to be here. They are the best!!

PAD is my go-to shop!! I live in CO but always wait until visiting the Portland area to have my Sprinter serviced. They did my suspension upgrade and always provide quick and reasonable service work including oil change and regularly scheduled Sprinter inspections. AND...they never try and upsell stuff that I don't need!!

They kept my car for 6 days and charged me $207 to diagnose it. To get me to drop it off, they told me it takes 24-48 hours, but after that every time I contacted them they said they'd look at it soon. When I called at the end of the 5th day to say give me my car back, they said they had it up on the lift. Sure you do. They told me at first that the cost was $205 but they just couldn't resist adding a separate fee required by the state to make it over $207. The final insult. They could have included that predictable fee in the original cost but they want to make a point apparently.

They told me I needed like $4k of work on my car. Not only did I not need that much, but they charge twice as much for the same work as every other shop I consulted. They wanted to charge me $1900 for control arms and bushings plus $1100-1200 for frozen struts. They said my new serpentine belt was glazed (it weren't). That's twice as much as it costs at other shops if you need it. But I didn't. I would literally never go here again

I and my time were repeatedly disrespected. They assign you to one service person so if you call and get someone else, they keep you on hold for 20 min while they unsuccessfully look for the person assigned to you. They can't find him because he is embarrassed and hiding from you. The same thing happens in person. I had to get a ride here at least twice and they could never find this guy, so I had to stand there waiting like an idiot among unpleasant staff. This was a catastrophic waste of my time and energy. I tell everyone I talk to not to go here. And I always will

The reason I'm writing this review is that they've been spamming me with texts and emails since I came in. I tried to unsubscribe but I'm still getting them. I didn't have the energy to deal with this but they helped me find it.

The off vibes you pick up when you walk in are correct, trust yourself. Rank. If I told someone I was going to charge $205 to diagnose their car within 2 days, but it took me SIX! DAYS!, I would not only not increase the charge to $207.xx, I would just not charge them at all. I would be too embarrassed. But that's only because I have integrity I guess

Re: screenshots: I dropped off the car on the 2nd or 3rd. I brought it in for thunking noises in the wheel well. Not oil leaks. Compare costs to literally any other shop

Also if you care to look it up, he said he would get in touch by Tuesday AT THE LATEST, which was October 8, 2024, but he did not. I called October 8 at around 430pm and he was not available. He responded the next day. Zero incoming calls

Shout out to Pro Automotive & diesel for fixing my car not once but twice and being so fast and efficient. I love that I get text updates and they text asking for approval before doing the work. Shawn is awesome he also kept me updated and this last time when my cars computer network completely shut down and also my battery was dead on my birthday! they figured it out and I had it back to me within 24 hours. They even brought my car to my house. Thank you Shawn Swarm & Joel Givens & Team!

With about 34,000 miles my GMC Sierra 3500 developed an annoying pulsating surger when I applied the brakes. I consulted my dealer service rep who told me of a newer technology where the rotors could be turned/resurfaced using laser technology WITH THE ROTORS STILL ON IN THE VEHICLE. With a little research I found PAD, where this service is offered.

I spoke with John at PAD who arranged for me to come in early morning a few days hence and they would perform the resurface. I arrived and by 9AM my truck was on the rack. At 10:20, I drove away with brakes that were like new. The bill: $207. What a great operation these guys have.
