I appreciate Craig and Steven Boney running this business. They've always treated us with respect and provided patient, knowledgeable input for our purchases. They've provided free advice on self-maintaining our equipment. This shop services a large region with a high need and I'm thankful they've stuck it out in Bethel all these years.

Professionally owned and operated. Mutual friends with the owner so I been there to talk about machines and I've learned a lot just by watching both the business side and equipment repairs side by just hanging out and talking..Ive never had a problems buying anything or asking questions. Matter a fact I will be calling in for parts and information this morning... 5 stars for a small town business.

Refused to sell me a 4wheeler for some very strange reasons. Because I did not have a garage to keep it in and Because 4wheelers are not meant to drive in winter and Because I did not have a local number. Very strange business practices. So I spent 10k in Anchorage instead of this local business. Will hopefully never have to go here again! A very strange encounter with the owner. He has the right to refuse service just guessing he did not want to sell to me because I am a girl. I really just don't know his reasonings!
