We just went on our first visit to ProSource and I know it won’t be the last. Chelsea and Shane were beyond helpful with finding tile that worked with our vision and the showroom was fantastic. It was super easy to get ideas and put together design boards for all the rooms we needed to design. There was a ton of products to choose from for all your design needs. We ended up needing to keep our samples longer than expect and they were really flexible about that as well. We ordered flooring from ProSource and had a great experience!! They had so many choices and were very helpful in selecting the perfect flooring for us. The order arrived in the timeframe promised which was prompt for coming in from out of state. We made an error in getting our transition strips and ordered the incorrect materials (entirely my fault) but Alisa and Chelsea were able to get the correct transition strips for us to fix my error, and quickly. Me and my partners apartments living room floor was completely ripped by our dog. And couldn’t find anyone or store in Tucson that could help with matching the material and color. We are young and This was our first apartment so we didn’t really know what we were doing, and a lot of stores shrugged us off or didn’t help much. Our lease is up in 10 days and we were giving up. I called here and was answered by one of the workers Shane who was super helpful and professional, he told me to stop by so they can see how they can help. We drove over and was greeted by Shane and Chelsea the manager. Chelsea answered all of our questions and was committed to helping us. She looked over her samples and found an EXACT match! We were not only able to order our flooring but was given a discount and assured it will be here this week! All done in less then 20 minutes! We were so stressed out about this issue, and Chelsea made it a super quick and easy process! Definitely recommend!!!

Keaton was so knowledgeable on all the products in the showroom that made it easier to make an educated decision on price and warranty.
