Staff is always very nice, usually not a long line. Switched from another big name pharmacy in Gardendale. Has been night and day difference. No drive-through, however that can't be helped because of location. Competitive on pricing if not using insurance or buying rx's for pet.

I have been using Publix Pharmacy for years now. I get the same common blood pressure medication every 30 days. For the last six months or so they never have it in stock. They always say “it’s on back order, but it will be in tomorrow” and it’s never in “tomorrow.” It takes days, sometimes over a week. One time they told me it was in and when my husband arrived to pick it up they said they didn’t have it. The staff is often a bit rude and seem inconvenienced to take my calls or answer questions. I’m sorry you hear from me so often but you tell me everyday “it will be in tomorrow.”

Very friendly staff! They were very busy & still got my prescription out in a timely manner. I shopped while they were filling it & got a text message when it was ready! So much better than the big chain pharmacies.

Awful!!! Everytime I have called they have placed me on hold for honestly 3 min or more. VERY RUDE. I MIGHT JUST SAY PREJUDICE. I am saying that the whole staff in pharmacy is rude as heck. Seems like their goal is to run off all of the customers.

Always an issue too get medicines filled in a timely manner and the worst cashier who rolled her eyes. Been shopping here 4 years too long !
