I like Publix. Some say they're the most expensive. But the more I look the more I think not. They have excellent produce. Publix is the only store I will buy beef at. Poultry, pork. seafood and dairy products seem to last longer than other stores.
Their stores always are clean. Also smell clean especially around their seafood counters. Except for a couple employees, I found the majority are polite and helpful.

I placed an online sub order at 2pm for pickup at 5:15. The sandwich wasn't waiting for me. When I could finally talk to someone to try to show them my confirmation, all that they could say was that they didn't see my order. I went to my car and placed another order at the Lutz Lake Crossing store. The sandwich was waiting for me when I got there. I will probably not place anymore orders at Apex.

Real clean, somewhat upper echelon type vibe. Almost thought I was in a "Whole Foods!" But a really personable spot to shop for household goods, hometown swag...

This place has everything you need if you have no clue what to do for dinner. You can get chicken and meat from the deli sub bread to make your own sub from the bakery and plenty dessert in the frozen isles. This Publix is very convenient and very pleasing great staff and great food

Publix is a great fantastic chain, and the employees are amazing, so this is not a knock on them, but it should not take 20 minutes to get a sub. The problem is two people working in a conveyor belt fashion, totally slows down the line. Majority of the time, only one person is working, the other is standing around. Management should take notice.

This particular Publix is by far one of the cleanest stores that I've seen in a long time. I had an opportunity to shop in this area of town and was extremely glad I did. The staff here are very friendly and always glad to assist you with your needs and questions. "FRESH" is definitely the word that best describes the food products here from the produce to the breads. Best Deli by far, without a doubt.
The bakery, OMG are you kidding me !!!!!

Best Publix in Tampa/ Lutz area!!! Best produce by far, the organic peaches were out of this world 🌎😍👌

Update:

It's still the best Publix in the Tampa area! I always interact with the nicest people at this Publix. Today was no different. The guy at the Deli Meats counter is always super nice and helpful, I appreciate this so much. Kindness can be few and far between these days. Thanks for the cordial demeanor Good Sir!!!

5 years ago when I moved to this neighborhood I loved this Publix. it's had its moments over the years but recently I've noticed that when I go in there it early in the morning on the weekend and I shop, they're short-handed in terms of baggers or they happen doing other responsibilities and I end up begging my own groceries. if I wanted to go to save and pack then I would go to and pack. but I pay a premium to shop at Publix because the service is good.
